Jamali & Jeana

Wedding Party

Every member of our bridal party is special to us and we were happy to have them stand up with us on our big day. Jeana will introduce the ladies while Jamali will introduce the gents.

Kristina Noel

Maid of Honour
Kristina Noel

Kristina is my younger sister and has been a lifelong friend and companion. There was never a question that she'd be the one to sign me away on my big day. She is presently a secondary school teacher and is also pursuing undergraduate studies in Education Administration. Following in her big sister's footsteps, she is planning to take her own walk down the aisle within the next year.

Jehann Jack

Bridesmaid
Jehann Jack

I've known Jehann casually since we were kids in elementary school. We also attended the same high school. I've gotten to know her a lot better since Jamali and I started dating and count her no less than a sister. As Jamali's twin, we also share a birthday so I guess that makes us triplets of sorts. I've always greatly admired her academic and career accomplishments and wish her success in her present pursuit of post graduate studies in New York as a Fulbright awardee.

Joanna Jack

Bridesmaid
Joanna Jack

Joanna, the youngest of the Jack clan, is such a darling. She is super-fabulous and very photogenic; always ready for the camera. Oh, and she's quite the pedicurist too! She has been our "go-to" girl on the ground for some time during the planning stages of the wedding. It's been amazing to watch how fast she has grown up and I can't wait to see what the future has in store for her. A sojourn in Taiwan, perhaps?

Roshaun Peters

Bridesmaid
Roshaun Peters

Roshaun is my youngest sister. I really don't know what they feed them these days. Just the other day I was changing her diapers, taking her off to kindergarten, then elementary school...now she's all grown up. Growing up, she was often a pain in the neck and sometimes still is...lol, but she'll always be my baby sis and we'll always have each other's back.

Deighton Adams

Best Man
Deighton Adams

Deighton and I became friends during my years as a web graphic designer at the WebUnit of the Ministry of Telecommunications, Science, Technology and Industry. A few months after getting to know Deighton, he got married to the love of his life, Dorinda. It was truly a learning experience to see someone around my age enter into a marriage. Jeana and I have grown to admire Deighton and Dorinda over the years. Needless to say, Deighton was the first person at the WebUnit to be infected with my Mac appreciation and totally gets the Apple culture.

Andrew Forde

Groomsman
Andrew Forde

Andrew Michael Forde, aka. Ricky, is a long time friend of the family. His association goes beyond friend as he is also Zariah's father. That makes him practically family in our book. Ricky, is one of those guys who you can call on at the last minute for just about anything and he'd be able to help you out. He's the kind of person who doesn't rush to be in the spotlight but is always dependable. Had it not been for Ricky the groomsmen might have all been wearing t-shirts and boxers.

Rodney Garraway

Groomsman
Rodney Garraway

Rodney has been a friend since he was best friends with my brother, Jeffrey, way back in high school. In 1999, Rodney began to work at Island Koncepts and as expected, was also infected with the Mac bug. During our years at Island Koncepts, Rodney developed into quite an accomplished director, producer, editor, graphic designer, etc. He's one of the few people who I can say really shares my artistic and creative vision and we really do think alike, professionally speaking. It was quite an accomplishment getting Rodney into a suit. As you can see from the shades, he also doubled as our Head of Bridal Security.

José Haynes

Groomsman
José Haynes

José, Jeana's cousin, represented her side of the family for the groomsmen. He's one of those guys that helps to keep things exciting - one minute you think he isn't going to be there on time and out of nowhere he appears all dressed and ready to go. I think he has the secret ability to teleport himself. Even though he was the youngest of the groomsmen, he was the tallest. This coincidentally worked well in our favour since Jeana's sister, Roshaun, was also the youngest and tallest of the bridesmaids. He brought a lot of humour to the bridal party and as Jeana puts it, "totally rocks the shoes!"

Ziraili LaBorde

Escort for Flower Girls
Ziraili LaBorde

Like father, like son. Any time I look at Ziraili it's like looking into a mirror of myself when I was young. Ziraili is mature way beyond his age and you can easily think he's a teenager by having a conversation with him. He loves reading and is quite interested in foreign languages. Ziraili's settled curiosity feeds his interest in science and technology. He's quite a little genius and can find his way comfortably around the computer. To complement his rapid physical growth, he has diverse interest in athletic activities like, basketball, swimming and table tennis. Very importantly, Ziraili always remembers to give thanks before meals and says his prayers before going to sleep at night. I am so proud to have Ziraili as part of our bridal party and I love him with all the love a father can give.

Zariah Jack

Flower Girl
Zariah Jack

Zariah, Zariah, Zariah! I've never seen a child with so much energy! Can't sit still for a minute, and could talk you to death too! Seriously though, Zariah is Jamali's niece. She's a sweetheart and extremely intelligent for her age. She is very entertaining, loves to tell stories, and can hold quite a conversation for a less than 4 year old.

We also want to acknowledge all the hard work Zariah's mom, Jeneille did as our de facto wedding coordinator.

Kiya James

Flower Girl
Kiya James

Kiya is my darling niece and I love her to death, but being in Taiwan I've been missing the best years of her life. She is quiet around people she doesn't know well, but I hear she can talk up a storm when she's ready. She reminds me of Kristina when she was young. Kiya starts elementary school this school year and from all reports will do very well academically.
