More visits than days!
We officially have more visits to our website than we do days left until we get married! How exciting! In big news...I have a small business teaching childbirth education classes that is keeping us both busy! Other than that, we got a call from Chef Lily, so we get to meet with her soon about the cake! Yum! That's about it! Off to do some cleaning...
Countdown
WOW time really does fly when you are busy! I took a look at the countdown ticker on my facebook page and couldn't believe how few days are left! I guess that means it's time to get into gear and start working on those DIY projects I've been putting off!
Not much change
The last little while has been incredibly busy and not with wedding plans! Things are still moving along but we haven't done much lately in regards to wedding planning. We are going to check out the stag and doe location in October and hopefully have the cake tasting too! At least that will be fun! Until then, it's back to cadet work!
Block of rooms
Since I didn't get any feedback...I'm going to reserve the block of rooms at the Novotel. The price is much more reasonable than the Westin Prince and it is actually the closest to the venue. It's also nice that it is right on the subway so you could even take public transit if you don't want to drive. I got voicemail yesterday but I got a call back this morning (I was out, of course), so it should just be one more call today and everything should be settled. I hope everyone is doing well,...
Stag and Doe
We might have a date for the stag and doe! That means we can start doing some more planning on that front! We even have a possible venue in mind so I think it will be a good time! If anyone has any suggestions for some good prizes, leave us a comment to this note or send us an e-mail! Thanks!
275 Days
Just saw the countdown...275 days...it seems like it wasn't that long ago when it was over 300 - not complaining though. Things seem to be going so smoothly *knock on wood* The new cadet training year has begun, which is going to keep us busy and it will make things go by even quicker! At least that's what I expect! I have 2.5 hours of dancing music put together so far...much more to come though...and I have some dinner music picked out, still need to add a little more. It turns out we...

I've been working on compiling a musical selection both for the dinner and the dancing. I'm glad to see that a few people have posted what they want to hear! Keep it comin'!
No big changes
No big changes in wedding plans over the last couple days. I did win the veil, which is awesome...but we've been taking it easy and getting ready for Siobhan's birthday party instead! Can't wait...even though I have more work to do for that haha!
EBay
Yesterday I discovered the joys of EBay. After reading some posts on a brides talkboard online about the great prices and selection people found on EBay, I decided to see what it was all about. Initally, I went looking at veils because I've been having trouble finding that (at a price that isn't more than my dress!) around here. The sad thing is, I'm not kidding, some of the veils were at least half the price or even the full price of my dress...for something you wear for a few hours? I don't...
Hotel Rooms
