EBay
Yesterday I discovered the joys of EBay. After reading some posts on a brides talkboard online about the great prices and selection people found on EBay, I decided to see what it was all about. Initally, I went looking at veils because I've been having trouble finding that (at a price that isn't more than my dress!) around here. The sad thing is, I'm not kidding, some of the veils were at least half the price or even the full price of my dress...for something you wear for a few hours? I don't know...not my style I suppose.
Anyways, it didn't take long and I found a beautiful veil that would match my dress perfectly. It's two tiers with scalloped edges and pearls (to match the dress, the necklace, and the earrings). It seems to go so well! I placed a bid (and with about 30 mins left I'm still the only person who bid), so it looks like I might just get this veil for about $20! No complaints here!
But, the only thing is...I'm going to want to keep shopping EBay! The good thing is, most of the wedding stuff is already done, so it's just a few minor things to get now. Most of the work that has to be done now is on the ceremony.
