If you are coming in from out of town, here is some information on a few places to stay and a couple restaurants. For hotels, there are also many, many options in Gulfport along Hwy 49- you can google it if you have a favorite chain, or contact us and we can get you the reservations number. The two hotels listed in Biloxi (Hard Rock and Beau Rivage) are a bit farther down the beach from the wedding site, but it's a nice easy ride if you would like to stay there- both are very nice hotels, have lots of shows and entertainment, restaurants, etc. The next town east along the beach from Biloxi is Ocean Springs.
Also- if you are flying in- we STRONGLY recommend that you make your flight reservations directly into GULFPORT (GPT). Airtran, American, Delta, Northwest, and Continental (all jet service) fly into GPT. Our airport is great, newly renovated and expanded, much more modern than Mobile, and much more convenient than New Orleans (MSY) airport (unless maybe you are planning to spend a few days in N.O. before or after.) FYI, New Orleans is just over an hour's drive (although the airport is actually in Kenner, 1 1/2 hrs+.)
