For our 7 year anniversary, we decided to take a vacation to Las Vegas. We flew down Wed. May 24th. Thursday, we went on an all day trip to the Grand Canyon. We had an amazing day! We flew to the Grand Canyon, took a helicopter down into the canyon, a boat ride down the river, helicopter ride back up and flight back to Vegas. It was a great day, but it didn't end there. When we got back to Las Vegas, we decided to take a walk up the strip and check out other casinos. We ended up at the Paris Hotel and Casino. When we came out, it had gotten dark so I was taking pictures of the Eiffel Tower all lit up. We were surrounded by a huge crowd of people, all going about their business. We were talking about something (that I can't quite remember) and I hear from behind me "I couldn't imagine spending my life with anyone but you"... I turned around. To to my amazement, he was down on his knee, tear on his cheek, and holding a beautiful ring. He asked if I would marry him. I said "Of course I will!" Everyone was gathered around watching. It was the best moment of my life. We walked across the street to the Bellagio. The fountains were playing to Celine Dion's, My Heart Will Go On, from Titanic. Needless to say, the tears were streaming. Hands down, the best day of my life!

These days, I am working as a route driver for Aramark. I spend my night relaxing, watching movies or playing poker.
