Our Story
About Jessica
Jessica is a sophomore at Marshalltown Community College in Marshalltown, IA. She is majoring in Nursing and currently working as a CNA at Southridge Nursing Home in Marshalltown. Jessica loves the Iowa State Cyclones, her dog Harley, and spending time with her amazing family and friends.
About Samuel
Sam is currently employed at Almaco in Nevada and at the Air National Guard in Des Moines. He is a member of the Air National Guard and He graduated from BMT in December of 2008 and from Tech School in November of 2009. In his free time he enjoys working on his project car and spending time with his family and friends.
How we got engaged♥
On February 14th, 2009 Sam and I went out to eat at Bravo in West Des Moines for our Valentine's Day dinner. We had a wonderful dinner together and when we were done we decided to walk to the mall since we were right by Jordan Creek. We never actually made it to the mall because on our way we detoured to a bridge where a sign hung that said, "Jessie will you marry me? Sam." I said YES!
