Jill and Doug -- We can't wait for the big day! You were so special to your grandfather (my favorite uncle). How I wish he and your grandmother could be at your wedding but I know we will feel their presence and rely on the happy memories of years past. We wish you two much happiness and love for the days and years ahead.

Jill, what can I say--I can't believe the little girl that use to love making pies in the sandbox and would run into our bed and snuggle and hide under the covers when she heard fireworks or thunder, is old enough to be getting married. That seems like only yesterday--actually, it was only the other day as I recall--4th of July fireworks. Where have all the years gone? I can remember telling people even when you were two--"She is two going on 22." You have always had a good head on your shoulders and have always known what you have wanted. Jill, just remember, you will always be my baby doll--even after you are married and have children of your own. Doug, you know you are getting one of my most precious gifts and I know you will do whatever it takes to make sure she is loved and cared for deeply in another twenty years as much as she is now.
Don't let the little things with planning the wedding get in the way of enjoying your special day. Let the little things go and enjoy your day. Love forever, Mom and dad

Dougie and Jill, What can I say except that I couldn't be happier for the two of you. I love you both so much and you both truly deserve each other. Your wedding is going to be so beautiful. You two have been together so long, you've seen eachothers weakness and strengths. I have been married for 3 years now and the only advice I can give you two is to never give up on each other and let NOTHING come between you. Dougie you have always been my favorite cousin. We were all so close growing up and I loved the fact that you always make me laugh. And Jill I love how your so real and down to earth not to mention a very beautiful person inside and out. Congrats you to both. The journey is just beginning. I love you. xoxoxoxoxo

Doug & Jill, how do I begin.I could never express in words my happiness for you two.Jill (my baby girl) I always said my son had a head on his shoulders, that he would be able to make the right decisions in life. Honey you are so proof of that. He has made the best decision in his life when he chose you. Doug, what can I say. Nana used to always laugh at us and say "you two are more friends then mother & son".We always had a story to come back and tell her when we went out shopping together. I always said,"Danny was my cuddler, you were my best friend. Jill loves you to the moon, Babe I love you to the stars. Your my heart, my soul, my best friend, but most of all MY SON. The best any mother could ask for. I wish you two all the happiness and love. And those lil problems your Aunt is talking about, I need to catch up. She's 3 up on me all ready.
