Who is Raj? High school buddy, fellow world traveler and the worst basketball player Jim has ever known. Raj once held Jim up for 60 minutes on the broken Log Flume ride at Action Park... by himself, showing great strength and fortitude. Raj is one of the greatest friends we've ever known, and we're excited to have him as a part of our big day.

Nils is Jim's oldest friend, their time going back to the paper route Jim had in elementary school. Jim has always been impressed that Nils owns more clothes than most, and yet managed to wear the same shirt for 20 days in a row on their road trip. Jim has visited Nils all over the world, in as far away places as Australia, Germany and even Milford, Connecticut. Nils and Jim dove the Great Barrier Reef together in 2003.

The tales of Buddy and Jim go all the way back to 1993, when after a wild night out at the White Plains Coach Diner till 2 a.m., Buddy was given his first curfew ever. Bud's real name is Eduardo, and the reason he's called Buddy is that, according to Jim, there were 2 other Eduardo's on his baseball team, and that's where he got the nickname Buddy from. This story is patently untrue, but somehow in Jim's head, that's where it came from. Buddy also survived 6 weeks in a car with Jim in college, and vowed never to do it again. We're counting on Buddy's Halloween costume to be quite the production.
