Suprising enough...Jay and I know each other for over 10 years, in fact I remember meeting him for the first time at Beltzville Lake with his wife.

In 2002 we hung out with the same friend and his girlfriend at the time. The more we talked the more exciting it was for both of out to find out more about each other. When we finally did go out on our first date it was to a Red Barrons Baseball game and then to dinner at the Lantern.

After a little over 5 years of dating Jay was in a horrible accident which almost took his life, but with the help of some very special people that were there to aid the accident and with medical technology he was back to normal in about six months.

Then on my 30th birthday Jay threw me a surprise birthday party at Mirakuya Sushi Bar and Restuarant. We had such a wonderful time with close family and friends. When the birthday cake came out instead of it saying Happy Birthday, it said "Will you marry me" with the ring on top. He got down on one knee, told me that he knew I was the one after I stood by his side as recovered from the accident. Then he turned to his daughter Mackenzie and he asked her if she wanted to ask me something and she said, "Will you marry my daddy?" Then Jay asked the same question. Of course I said Yes! After crying hysterically.
