It was one day before my 27th birthday…… 15th June 2007, Friday.
An unforgettable day for me, a wonderful birthday present……

6:00pm… After work, he fetched me up…

Jo : Where do you want to go? It’s your birthday!
Fion: No idea… how bout going to Alamanda, since it’s nearby where we are now??
Jo : Okay!

We drove to Alamanda Putrajaya. I was thinking of having dinner in one of the restaurant, but he disagreed. He kept looking at his watch, I found him abnormal…… We left Alamanda after that.

Jo : There is a mosque here, do you know how to get there?
Fion: (???) Ya, why?
Jo : ……

We reached the mosque. He was looking at his watch, and he was looking around, looking for something. I didn’t know it was a surprise for me!

He acted as if he was exploring the place… Finally, he got his way.

We were in the Passenger Lounge of Putrajaya Tasik Cruise……

Fion: Hey! We need to make reservation… why do you sit down? There is no one here.
Jo : Never mind… just take a rest, I’m tired… I walked too much…
Fion: Huh? (……)

After a while…… waiters came in with dessert and drinks. I was quite nervous but he was relax. A waitress walked in, handed him a receipt.

Fion: You have made reservation? For my birthday?
Jo : For proposal.
Fion: ……
Jo : ……

Jo : Do you mind sleeping beside me for the rest of your life?
Fion: What kind of question…
Jo : Will you marry me?
Fion: ……
Jo : ……
Fion: …… (nodded)

Ha… and there was how Fion agreed to marry Jo!
