John drove the entire trip, and it was a good thing too! The roads the horse and buggies used are what they use today, they just added gravel and asphalt in some places.

The countryside was amazing and so green. Every shade of green imaginable and it was incredibly beautiful.

This is the center we went to to visit Newgrange.

This is the outside of Newgrange. It's a megalithic tomb that is 500 years older than the pyramids in Egypt.

This is the carved entrance stone at Newgrange. You can't take pictures inside, but it was amazing. There were 3 chambers carved from the stone and 2 had intricate carvings in them.
