Here are some tidbits about John and Lara you may or may not know!
Once upon a time there was a greatly anticipated engagement. There was much excitement and planning for a fairytale wedding, and many people were involved to make sure it was spectacular. Then it happened!
Two very wonderful families met at a beautiful beach for a magical weekend adventure that would culminate with the two families becoming one big family. There was much feasting and laughter, tears of joy and lots of friend were made. Then there was the wedding.
The days before spent preparing ended in a fantastical event that was magical and perfect. The sun shone and the fairies played, the breeze blew the scent of flowers over the whole wedding. And John and Lara were joined in marriage with their families smiling around them. The reception that followed was wonderful. The magic never stopped.
Then they rode off into the post-sunset in a white limo. (This is the modern day ending!)

One of us can weld, and both of us can sew but one sews better than the other.
One of us is a dog person, and the other is a cat person.
One of us likes comedy, the other likes drama.
One of us loves to read, the other not so much.
We don't agree on politics
One of us likes Jack, and the other prefers a good Cab.
One of us likes to build things, the other to finish them.
One of us likes Coke, the other water.
One plays video games, the other doesn't get it.
One's favorite color is green, the other's is red.
One has read all the Harry Potter and Chronicles of Narnia, the other just waits for the movies.
We both love being together.
John and Lara met at a place called Andrew Upstairs. It is a really overpriced bar in Midtown, Atlanta. But it didn't matter because they were both on the guest list for The Breakfast Club (their favorite 80's Cover band!).
John was there because he knew Mike (the keyboard player) from his days in Mississippi. They had somehow reconnected through a mechanic in Newnan, Georgia, a few weeks before.
Lara was there because she drove down with Rhonda, her best buddy, who happened to be dating Mike.
It was love at (almost) first sight!
And the rest, as they say, is history!
John and Lara really enjoy going to Medieval Times! So Lara got tickets for John's 31st birthday. They got there, and John kept talking to people, but he told Lara that he was trying to get backstage, and since he was always trying to get backstage, she didn't think anything about it! So they call John's name to be Knighted before the show began. Lara thought this was a bit odd, but when they made her get up there with him, she just couldn't think at all, until John turned around while on his knees and asked her to be his queen!
