Wedding Accommodations
The following are a list of the accomodations we have blocked for our wedding. Our wedding will be held at Park Vista Hotel & Convention Center and all other blocked accomodations are minutes away from Park Vista. When booking rooms with the below establishments please reference both Jon & Jody's last names which you will find on our save the dates and invitations. Park Vista Hotel & Convention Center
We have blocked 25 rooms total, rates are for September 4, 5, & 6. Reservations must be made by August 5, 2009. The room breakdown is as follows:
Standard rooms $99 + tax per night
One bedroom suites $159 + tax per night
Two bedroom suites $330 + tax per night
Reservations require a valid credit card. No charges will be billed to the card until check-in. To assure selection of specific room view or floor level PLEASE reserve as early as possible.
**Please note there is a 72 hour cancellation policy with this hotel. If cancellations are not made prior to the 72 hours before check-in you will be charged for the 1st nights stay. There is also a $25 early departure fee assesed for any party checking out prior to their reserved time, upon check-in each guest will be given the opportunity to change his or her departure date if necessary.
Sidney James Mountain Lodge
We have blocked 20 rooms total, rates are for September 4, 5, & 6. Reservations must be made by August 4, 2009. The room breakdown is as follows:
10 Standard rooms (2 double beds) $89 + tax per night
5 Double Queen rooms $94 + tax per night
5 King rooms $94 + tax per night
Reservations require a valid credit card. No charges will be billed to the card until check-in.

Glenstone Lodge
We have blocked 10 rooms at this hotel, rates are for September 4, 5, &6. Reservations must be made by August 14, 2009. The room breakdown is as follows:
10 - Standard rooms $88.00 + tax per night (2-night minimum stay)
10 - King rooms $88.00 + tax per night (2-night minimum stay)
Valid credit card is required to reserve these rooms. A deposit of one night's stay will be charged to your credit card when reservation is made.
**Please note there is a 72 hour cancellation policy with this hotel. If cancellations are not made prior to the 72 hours before check-in you will be charged for the 1st nights stay. If you cancel prior to the 72 hours your deposit will be refunded to you.
Johnson's Inn
We have blocked 10 rooms at this hotel, rates are for September 4, 5, &6. Reservations must be made by August 4, 2009. These rooms are standard rooms with 2 queen beds.
$84.95 + tax per night (2-night minimum stay)
Valid credit card is required to reserve these rooms. A deposit of one night's stay will be charged to your credit card when reservation is made.
