Jon has known Kate for over eight years, since Kate was in the 11th grade. Throughout the years, Jon and Kate have kept in touch as friends. In late January this year, Jon and Kate began dating. For the past few months, Kate and Jon have grown together and to know each other as girlfriend and boyfriend. Jon proposed on July 24th, 2008 in the kitchen of his house. She said YES! We are very excited!
