Tyrome is a close friend, but more importantly a brother to both Josh and Joy. He may have given Josh a few nudges in Joy's direction, of which she is greatly appreciative.

Laura and Joy have known each other for about as long as they can remember. They have been friends through thick and thin, even middle school drama.

Josh has known Matthew all his life. Matthew has been Josh's abiding hero and role model. (nope, no sarcasm there) Josh would happily say that he has learned a lot from his older brother.
Kindel Smith

Joy met Kindel in college. Both Josh and Joy consider her to be like a sister to them. Kindel played an important part in getting the two of them together, which resulted in a slew of entertaining (and embarrassing!) stories.

Where can one begin? Ben has known Josh from day one, and Josh has been his abiding hero and role model. (nope, no sarcasm there) Anyways, Ben and Josh have shared an interesting and never boring childhood together.

Liz and Joy met freshman year of college. They were residents of Stu-B's 5 floor, aka greatest floor EVER, and bonded through numerous late nights laughing and talking in the hallway.
