The center can not host the following types of events: family reunions, wedding receptions, birthday parties (with the exception of "Celebration of Life" - 70+), baby showers, dances, banquets/luncheons, etc.

The 5000 square foot warehouse space, located in downtown Kansas City’s historic West Bottoms district, is only two minutes west of city center hotels and tourist sites. The event space has a permitted occupancy rating for 350 people.
