Met up Natalie here.. She showed us around the resort. Wow, a superb beautiful resort!! Their beach is a private beach, only in-house guests can use it... We visited the ballroom and the garden wedding venue, really a fantastic resort. Hehehe, keanlee and me shared the same comments. We discussed the wedding reception packages, prices, etc.. Although is an ideal place for wedding, the price is super expensive lor!!!! Haha, need to re-calculate budget and plan again. Most probably we will consider to hold our ROM ceremony here... I am praying hard for it to come true :) Hehehe...
Off-topic: We went to Rasa Sayang Resort with my sis and her husband... Guess what? When keanlee and I were busy discussing the venue and quotation with Natalie, both of them were busy taking pictures of themselves. Hahaha, so funny... they said this resort is too beautiful, must snap some photos for memories... But then, they left us out, didn't take any photos for me and keanlee also... Haih..

Went through some websites and magazines... got to know this venue. Wow, what a nice venue for ROM ya by looking at the website's photos! I called up and emailed them on the details and got myself a quotation. Talked to Mr. Nizam over the phone and got some ideas from him. He suggested us to visit the place itself when is convenience to us. Hehe... maybe we will go on this Sunday to survey the venue a bit. See whether the boats pretty or not.. see if the venue ok or not... :)

Time: 3.00pm
Well, today me and keanlee visited Cruise Tasik Putrajaya. Had a look at the venue and the cruise as well. A very nice view there. We like it very much. Hehe, so now our job is to wait for the Sales Manager to send to us the quotation as per our request. Before this, what Nizam sent to us were based on Western, Italian and French food menu which were not suitable for both our parents. So, they need to draft me another better proposal... Hahaha... still waiting for Monday to come.
Oh ya, the photo was taken on today's trip. Not very nicely taken coz I used my hp to take the surrounding... But the actual venue is very beautiful! I overheard a lot of tourists were praising the place. MALAYSIA BOLEH!
Date: 17-05-2007
Almost a week of planings and discussions with Mei Mei (Cruise Tasik Putrajaya's Sales Manager), we finally got some results and the outcomes that I wanted. Hehehhe...
Phew... finally can rest my brains a bit on the venue searching and the food menu. Next, will be the confirmation of the venue... Hopefully all can turn out to be as planned earlier...
Share with you all on the decorations in the boat. Hope that my ROM ceremony day also will be as nice as what shown in the picture. Hehehe... :)
My wish for the month of May is:
I wish my ROM Ceremony can take place at Cruise Tasik Putrajaya on 11th November 2007.
Hope my wish can come true...
Date: 21-05-2007
Both of us had a chat with Keanlee's parents over the weekend. Well, they are alright with the idea of having ROM ceremony in a cruise. Hehehe... So, my dream of having the ROM ceremony at Cruise Tasik Putrajaya is half way to realizing it... A bit happy... hehehe, now is waiting to pay money for the deposit. Still waiting for money to drop down from the sky. Hahaha!!
Date: 10-06-2007
Time: 10.45am
Venue: Chempaka Buddhist Lodge
Today we went to Chempaka Buddhist Lodge to meet up Uncle Arnold. We brought all the necessary documents there as told by Uncle Arnold. Filled up our ROM form there and submitted our forms. Hehehe... We confirmed our ROM date with him which is on 11th November 2007. He advised us some 'not-to-do' things during the ROM ceremony... He is a very friendly and nice guy. Thanks, Uncle Arnold!!!
Phew, another task settled! Next, maybe will be confirming the ROM venue...
Cruise Tasik Putrajaya, here we come!!!
Date: 07-10-2007
Time: 1.29pm
Today I called Uncle Arnold to double confirm our application and also the ROM venue and Registra... So happy to hear from him that our application has been approved so does the venue. The Registra will be there on time.
Now, I need to arrange someone to go and bring him from Chempaka Buddisht Lodge to Cruise Tasik Putrajaya on that day itself as he does not know the way. Phew, luckily we booked him soOoo early!! In the afternoon, he has 7 couples to attend to for the afternoon session. So he needs to rush back to the Buddhist Lodge after my ROM ceremony which will end at 12pm. Hahaha... lucky lor...
Anyway, it is good also to do the preparations early and get things done early as well... Hehehe.. Lesser headaches!!

This morning I got an SMS from Sarah informed me that my wedding bands' design are ready for viewing. She asked me to arrange a time to go and see the designs. Hahaha... very excited on the designs, donno how it will turn out to be.. Hope it will be beautiful!!! And yes, we are going to see it tonight...
The Love Diamond, KLCC
Date: 10-05-2007
Time: 8.00pm
We went to meet Sarah at KLCC to see our wedding bands design. Well, they had 2 designs for us, one was designed by their designer and another one was our design (which we chose before this) and they did it as per our request on the last meeting. Well, both of us like the 2nd one, of course... Hehehe, coz we chose it ourselves and sent to them for re-designing. Anyway, Sarah told us the band we chose was a bit difficult to draw, so the designers need some time to figure out the designs and draw it out for us. Then, they will send the designs for a wax mock-up. After that only we get the see the mock-up bands and also approve on the designs. Well, we have no problem on that as our ROM still half a year more to go... So we told them to take their time on the bands designing, as long as the end results are what we wanted initially. The bands picture you see here is a rough idea on how the bands supposed to look like. But then again, their designers will help us to beautify it as per to our ideas and comments and of course their expertise... Seriously, their customer service are Superb!!! Thanks, Sarah!!!
Another person I would like to thank is my best colleague, Kenneth!! Thanks ya, Kenneth for all your ideas! The bands look better after you helped me to colour it... Hehehe, I will pass to my designer for their reference.
Date: 17-05-2007
Today Sarah emailed me on the status of the bands. She told me that her factory people are still waiting for her designer to draw them a 3D picture of the ring which she has sent to them. She will be scanning it to me tonight. She will inform me once the wax mould is ready! Haha, getting more and more excited for the wax bands to be ready... Hehehe...
Date: 30-05-2007
Today Sarah informed me that she has given my account to her colleague in Mid Valley. Her name is Yie Ruo. The wax moulds are all with her. She told me that Yie Ruo is able to draw out the bands design which we like. Hahaha, I am so, so happy... Hope she can really draw it well and show me a nice wax mould. I am waiting for her call to meet us up...
Date: 01-07-2007
Today we went to see our mock-up bands at The Love Diamond (Mid Valley branch)... coz Sarah no longer working at KLCC branch already, so she transferred our account to her colleague at Mid Valley. We saw our long-awaiting mock-up bands... To our surprise, they really came out with the designs that we wanted from the very first place. The design which we passed to them to draw it out PLUS some ideas from their designers... The bands really turned out quite nice. We are quite satisfied with the wax mould bands design. Don't know will the real wedding bands really turn out as nice or not...
Well done, The Love Diamond!!!
Now is waiting for their quotation. Hope it will not be very expensive. Hehehe..
The photo attached is our mock-up bands. But it is quite blur to see from the photo. Not so clear... I took the photo using my handphone camera, took a few shots also cannot see the lines clearly... This is the best shot already... Next time hope can take a clearer picture.

After few weeks of deciding what to do with our wedding bands, we finally thought it over and got our wedding bands account transferred to The Carat Club in Bangsar. The Love Diamond is their subsidiary. All our designs and mock up bands also being transferred there as well.
We were served by Lin, a very friendly person as well. After she studied our designs and also based on our likings on the gold type, she really gave us some very good ideas. After discussing for a while, we finally decided on what to do with the bands. Hehehe... at last...
The whole band will be in white gold with the indented part in yellow gold. The colour of the bands will be looking the other way round from what you all see in the earlier picture.
Really, really hope they will turn out beautiful... It will take around 2 weeks to make the bands... Hope we are able to see the bands on October lor.. Hehehe..
The Carat Club
Date: 29-09-2007
Today Keanlee and I went to view our wedding bands... Finally, there are ready to be viewed... We are so happy and excited over the bands... Hahaha... So when we reached The Carat Club, Lin was busy... We were attended by another lady, is ok... She brought out our bands... To our surprise, they are really beautiful and very nicely done!!! The designs look beautiful. Keanlee and I are very satisfied on the bands. We tried on it and found that it fit well on our fingers. However, after a few times trying, Keanlee find it a bit tight and I find it slightly loose, but then is ok... It looks good on our fingers.. The salesgirl asked us, do we want to resize it? But then we told them, is ok.. the size should be ok on our fingers.
So, the next thing is the engravement on the bands... We can choose to engrave our own handwriting or use their font types. We chose to use our own handwritings.. So the lady took out 2 pieces of white papers and asked us to write on it. Hehehe... tested a few rounds on our handwritings before we confirmed it, just to hope that it looks beautiful...
So finally, it was done!
On HIS band: lee.11.11.2007.yee
On HER band: yee.11.11.2007.lee
They will send the bands back to the factory for engravement. It will take around 2 days... However, we told them, we will collect it on next Saturday. So now, waiting eagerly for next Saturday to arrive!!!
Thanks to all the people who help to make the bands a good job!!
And Sarah, a big THANK to you especially!!!
Date: 06-10-2007
Today Keanlee and I went to collect our wedding bands at The Carat Club. Well, all I can say is, A Marvelous Job done! We are very satisfied with the engraving job done. Very sharp and nice. Overall, GOOD!! We so happy. hahaha..
Attached is the final wedding bands that we own ourselves. Own designs, own handwriting engraving... So we will be using it during our ROM ceremony.
Well, another task settled! Phew...
Date: 16-06-2007
Actually today I went to Singapore to attend a good friend's wedding dinner. I went to Singapore earlier before the dinner so that I can do some shopping there. Hehehe... as usual, I went to shop at one of my favourite shoes shop. Dropped by and see whether I can get a nice pair of working shoes or not. Hahaha, end up I saw this pair of shoes, got the salesgirl to let me have a try and I like it so, so much... Although it might look like just a very normal pair of white high heels shoes, it fits really nice on my legs. Hehehe, even my mum said that. So, i BOUGHT it without second thoughts!!
Maybe will wear this pair of shoes during my ROM ceremony since it is white in colour, if I cannot get to find a nicer one (just in case).... Hehehe... is my shoes pretty??

Today we went to view the Cruise Tasik Putrajaya. Wow... it is really very, very nice!!!! The venue is superb... Hahaha, I really fall in love with it.. We discussed the details with Ayu and Nizam (staff from Cruise Tasik Putrajaya). Both of them were very friendly. Guided me on what to do in the cruise. Hehehe.. Now is waiting for them to advice us when need to pay the deposit and also working hard to find money. :)
The picture attached is the Cruise which we will be using for our ROM ceremony... How is it??
Date: 20-08-2007
Today I went to meet up Nizam. Once again I confirmed the ROM's date and time with him. Just want to make sure that everything is in order and to remind them on the arrangements for ROM... To my surprise, some problems cropped up. He told me that they have changed Management, and the old quotation cannot take effect. They will quote me a new price which takes effect since 1st July 2007 (which is so, so, so much more expensive than the old quotation). How can worr?? Of course I am not happy with it and requested for an explanation. After some time of negotations, they finally agreed to let me have the old quotation. Phew, luckily!!!
Keanlee and I will go and pay the venue's deposit early September so that the venue will be booked and confirmed... Hahaha, just in case they want to ask us to pay extra again... So better to be safe. Settle the venue faster so that we can rest our minds... No need to worry again...

Today I met up the florist to discuss the decorations for our Cruise ROM in details. Before this we have been discussing through emails and met up once. But didn't really discuss much about it. I just informed them on the venue and told them what I want for the decorations.
They gave me some ideas on how the decorations should look like. Actually I am not very particular on the flowers arrangement as long as they look beautiful and elegant on my cruise... Hehehe... Hope they will produce a good job for me!!
Date: 22-10-2007
I went to confirm my flowers with the florist today... The cruise will be decorated with imported apple green Cymbidium and some other flowers.. Cymbidium will be the main flowers in the cruise. Hope they will really turn out beautiful.. A sample of cymbidium picture is attached for your viewing.. Donno how the florist will decor the flowers on our ROM day.. Can't wait to see it. Hahahaha...
Well, my hand bouquet will be imported Hydrangea. Hehehe, hope can get purple colour for it. Another task settled.... Hope the florist can do us a good job on that day!!
Phenomenal
Mid Valley Megamall (Lot F068)
Date: 14-10-2007
Today I went to Mid Valley to trim and dye my hair.. Hehehe, after that, yes, my time to shop for dress... Well, I didn't really shop for it, just stopped by Phenomenal only. Tried out a few designs, finally found one which I quite like it and is white in colour. Although it might not be a very beautiful dress, I am glad that I finally found it... Well, quite tired of searching and trying for the past months, and I just feel is time for me to end the searching and just bought it!!
Next is the picture of the dress which I have bought it. Not really the type of dress that I once imagined I wanted to own, but at least I got it, finally....
Another task settled!!

She is the most important person on that day... coz without her, I cannot be a beautiful bride..
