Hey... I am still in process of uploading the photos. There is still the photos of the wedding day- morning church service, lunch time- tea ceremony, wedding reception dinner....
It was a whole day affair... I was so tired at the end of the day! Felt like a model though... Hehe...
We went back to Penang from New Zealand a week before the wedding. I was a bit anxious that I would be able to find gowns that I like for the wedding. However, we eventually did find ones that we like....
Everyone was stressing out trying to get everything in order for the Big day.... Ok everyone... In your places please!
My family and friends were invited to a buffet dinner at my parents' place the night before the wedding... Good thing it was not pouring that night!
It was a nice morning... After all the stress and preparation, the day finally came!
There was a tea ceremony after the wedding ceremony. It was held at church. At the tea ceremony, we introduce our spouse to the family.
People line up from the oldest (grandparents, parents, uncles and aunties) till the youngest married couple(cousins). Tea is served to them as a sign of respect. While this was going on everyone else was having a buffet lunch...
Finally the dinner reception... There were 500 guests. Mostly family and family friends. It was a family affair...And it was fun!(more photos to come....one more gown to show you)
