Bridal House Survey
Before we have anything in our mind, he told me that we need something special on our pre wedding picture, we do not want standard template with replacement of the bride and groom only. Then we started our survey on Bridal House.
The first came in my survey is Hong Kong Mona Lisa Bridal House with nice pre-wedding picture on yacht, I love it so much, but he not really buy my opinion, because he told me is just a boat and others was in door, not so special. End up we found out that the bridal house at Malaysia – My Dream Wedding House actually partner with Mona Lisa and that’s many couple around us had already chosen this series of wedding picture. Well we still visited the bridal house, but they can’t satisfy our request with non standard template wedding picture and their price is quite high, so we filter them out from our list.
We actually visited few Bridal House in the town, lets name few Wedding Couture, Bridal Art, Ever After, Keep Gallery, Love Vision, Tom Wedding and some I not really can recall. Let’s me highlight those that I am short listed one by one.
Tom Wedding we impressed on their customer service and what they had proposed to us, they knew what we wanted and they do proposed us to some rare outdoor shooting, but when they found out that we not really like what they had proposed, then they show us the unique and special one, which is the couple actually take the natural shooting on the process of the day they take wedding picture. We found out that this idea is quite special, we both really like this special idea.
Okay, I think I should move out to my Internet survey, one day he show me a link with nice snow scenery picture and I really love it very much, is special and unique, the most important that is not much people actually take wedding picture here. So my heart already fall in love with this placed called Lijiang located at Yunan, China. But the problem is we need to liaise with China bridal house directly, and is problem for us to bring back the album, because you won’t have any chance to QC your album and you have to make full payment on the day you start to take picture. Well, still love the place, still short listed it in my heart.
Then we proceed to local bridal house and try to engage them to go with us to our desire destination for wedding picture, but the bad news is the cost is very high, and the photographer from Keep Gallery actually advice us the word “No” but suggesting us to go for place that Air Asia can reach or choose the location they taking the bulk wedding picture such as Agkor Wat, Phuket. They are very nice during our discussion, will try to fillfull your needs, especially the photographer, he always joke and make everyone laugh, that's why the bride and groom have prettier smile in their picture. One thing good to highlight is they did help couple to take love story MV to share on wedding dinner, is a special one but cost around 3.8k if I am not wrong. If anyone do read Chinese bridal magazine, the current OneFM DJ actually shoot his wedding picture and MV there.
One day he brought me to Mid Valley Bridal Fair, and we actually stop at Bridal Art booth, because been attracted by the oversea shooting scenery, but we are disappointed when we visited their shop, because the picture shown in the fair and the bridal house a bit different, maybe without the album and you view in pieces you will feel unique, but when they let you flipping through the sample album, you will have the same feeling which is standard template. Another thing is I not really like the gown; feel a bit outdated which they claimed is new arrival. Well, maybe is not suit to my taste. So we straight away throw them out from our list.
Oh regarding Ever After, if I am not short memory, we actually saw their sample album during the fair as well, we just flipping through few pages and I give up, because the shooting style is a bit out and same go to the album, so we did not visit the bridal house at all. But when we view my best buddy wedding picture which taken at the same bridal house is awesome. Maybe different photographer or they had improved.
Love vision have a special Malaysia Historical City shooting, but the sales really turn me down, because she give me the attitude is like you wan then take, you do not want then never mind you can go out from here. Feel quite disappointed on young sales people who do not know what is Customer Service, or I should said this is what Malaysia Customer Service is. Anyway, Historical City - Malacca is a unique place for wedding picture, because you can have multiple color in your album and special Baba Nyonya house shooting
Ha!Ha!Ha! Wedding Couture I guess me and him will always remember the sales person name, till now I still remember is unique as a man name I guess. They are cheap and of course you have the cheap quality of album and everything. So that’s definitely not our cup of tea. We need our wedding album can last longer in our album rack not store room.
After such a long survey, we finally decided to signup a bridal house that can provide us what we wanted with reasonable price, and now we are waiting for our wedding picture shooting day, to make this happen I have to thanks my husband always choose the best for me, although we have many conflicts during our survey journey, but at the end we still can get something that both of us waned.
