Photo taken after 1 month move in...
We only spent $3K in renovation as we do it ourselves (DIY) almost everything, including re-wiring, electrical, plumbing, installation of door and hardware etc..Others are just re-painting over the original items and change the new hardware..
It is time to consider of setting a new home for us in Singapore. The housing price is so high recently that almost become double compare to 2 years ago. :(
After viewing of 20+ houses, we have finally shortlisted this house.
Condo style environment, cleaner environment, smaller unit size & 3 mins to Sembawang MRT, and get privacy corners.. no corridor facing windows
