I put my shoes on the wrong feet
1. What's your favorite Dr. Seuss book?
Kat: Why Dr. Seuss? I guess I like the one about the
trees and the star-bellied sneeches. I never really liked Cat in the
Hat though. (Editors Note: The Lorax. Kent knew this and guessed it was
her answer before she described it. Yay me.)
Kent: Probably Green Eggs and Ham. Though can anyone really have a favorite of something awesome?
2. If you could live in any home from a television series, which would it be?
Kat: Oooooh! I'd want Alton Brown's "sciency" kitchen (from Good Eats), with the apartment from Friends as my living room, and a MythBusters garage, and um... no, wait, I like my homes to have a fourth wall. Though I would live on Serenity (from Firefly),
Kent: The house from Home Improvement, Family Guy, or the Simpsons.
No matter what happens, those houses get destroyed on a weekly basis,
but afe completely fixed the next week. It must be magical gnomes.
3. What's the longest you've gone without sleep?
Kat: Thirty-something hours, I'm sure.
Kent: Seventy-two hours.
4. What do you listen to when you are sad?
Kat: That depends if I want to stay sad or not. If I do,
then it's totally emo music. If I don't, it's eighties music or Fall
Out Boy.
Kent: Power Ballads! Artists like Daughtry, Garth Brooks, and Bon Jovi, just to name a few.
5. Who's your favorite muppet?
Kat: I think the better question is, who's your favorite Muppet Baby? It's Animal.
Kent: Uhhh... Animal! Like that's even a question!
Though I must admit, I once made my parents drive to almost EVERY
McDonald's in Michigan so I could complete my Muppet Baby toy
collection. The missing toy was Miss Piggy.
6. Which of your five senses would you least want to lose?
Kat: Well, when you put it that way, touch. Then sight,
hearing, taste, smell. Losing touch would be like being paralyzed or
tortured.
Kent: Touch, hearing, sight. I've pretty much learned to live without the rest.
7. Do you have any unusual collections?
Kat: They don't seem unusual to me.
Kent: Other than a collection of Wrestling Magazines? I
used to collect sports cards, action figures. I think everything you
have more than one of is a collection.
8. Who's your favorite TV character?
Kat: Marshall & Lily (How I Met Your Mother), Mal & Kaylee (Firefly), Amanda Carter (Stargate: SG-1), MacGuyver (MacGuyver), Bender (Futurama). I have a hard time picking favorites.
Kent: That would have to be based off genre. Barney & Marshall (How I Met Your Mother), Captain Malcolm Reynolds (Firefly), Sawyer (Lost), Weiss (Alias), Brian & Stewie (Family Guy).
9. Do you have any superstitions?
Kat:
Yeah, but not really the traditional ones.
Kent: Whenever going through a yellow light, I kiss my
fingers and touch the roof. Also, when dressing for sports, I dress
right to left.
