His Story...
After 3 seasons of pro basketball and 8 months of the real world I was out every weekend enjoying my free time and playing the field.
It was another Saturday night out on a cold night in March. The boys had bottles and a booth set up at a great club in Toronto.
As I stepped out of the cold into the club I had no idea this night would forever change my life, my goals and my dreams.
We sat down and I noticed some girls I attended high school with.
As I put back some liquid courage and approached the girls I was met by one of the most beautiful girls I had ever met.
It wasn't long before this amazingly beautiful, incredibly fun girl and I were laughing, dancing and enjoying each other's company all night long.
From that night forward I have never gone 3 seconds without thinking about my PYT (Pretty Yean Tem) and knowing that I have met my soul mate and will forever be complete.
Her Story...
Just as I was about to give up on love, I end up meeting the love of my life on my birthday at a club. And here is my story:
After 5 years of going thru roller coaster relationships with "boys", I decided that it was time for me to go with the flow and wait for the man of my dreams to come and find me. Little did I know that the strength of my declaration would only last till the moment I saw Kyle walking towards me.
NOTE: The day before I was checking Kyle out on Facebook with my girlfriends and they reminded me that he was "The guy from Thunder Bay" who was on our high school basketball team.
Kyle: "Hey did those girls over there go to Cathedral?"
Me: "Yeah, they did! I did too do you remember me?"
Kyle: "Ummm, no I don't actually."
AWKWARD... :P
Me: "Oh, that's ok because I was a snob anyway in high school and I had a boyfriend."
Kyle: "Oh I see."
Me: "So you were on the Cathedral basketball team?"
Kyle: "Yes I was."
Me: "Yeah I didn't really talk to any of the guys on the basketball team because they all thought they were so cool! And I only remember you because all my friends kept referring to you as the nice (also hot) guy from Thunder Bay."

But from that moment on we were inseparable. The connection we had that night was undeniable. He was so handsome, funny, charming and he made me feel like I was the only person that mattered.
Everyday I am thankful to have met Kyle. He is my love, my life and my everything. It wasn't until we moved in together 6 months after we met that I realized that I love this man and cannot imagine my life without him. He lets me be the person I am and doesn't judge me for anything that I am not. He loves me for me and he completes me. I have found my soulmate. :)
