We've finally picked a destination and a tentative date....
New Orleans, Louisiana
Saturday, February 28th, 2009!
We figured since it's the place where we really fell in love... that it holds so much more meaning than anywhere else we were considering.
There's so many more things to do in New Orleans than there is to do here in Alabama.... or in South Florida...
And since, due to extenuating family circumstances, we weren't able to hold the ceremony in Ocho Rios, Jamaica (boo!!!!) we figured we could still have a blast and make it just the way we want it to be.
So... we're starting, at a very slow rate... to plan all the little details. I'm hoping that we'll be able to take a day trip to New Orleans and check out some of the venues and whatnot. There's so much to do in not a super long amount of time. A little more than 4 months to plan everything... wow!
