Wedding Events
We'll be planning some fun events over the weekend leading up to the wedding - come and join us for as many as you can! The whole point of the weekend is to relax, spend time together, and have a great time.
If you'd like to explore the area further and partake in excursions, we suggest that you do this on Friday or Monday (or another non-weekend day) so that you won't miss out on any of the wedding fun. (Or valuable hanging out out at the pool time!)

Fun day at the pool and beach
Iberostar Lindo Main Pool
OK, so there are five pools at the Lindo (including a wave pool, a lazy river, and an activity pool), and a swim up bar or two, so we'll be spending the day in the sun.
One of the benefits of a destination wedding is getting to spend some real time together, and this is the day to do it! Please join us for our official day of fun before we get hitched!

We'll gather for an official "rehearsal fiesta" on Saturday night with with cocktails, appetizers, mariachi and toasts. This is your chance behind the "open mike"!
We'll hit the buffet afterwords if we are still hungry!

Wedding
The Beach at the Iberostar Grand
We'll get married in the late afternoon on the beach. Dress is beach formal, which is another way of saying cocktail attire. Bring your sunglasses and sunscreen and be prepared for both heat and wind, because who knows what could happen on the beach!
The "train" will leave from the Lindo Lobby at 4:30 sharp.
