ACCOMMODATIONS FOR OUR OUT-OF-TOWN WEDDING GUESTS

In order to accommodate our out-of-town guests, a block of rooms at a reduced rate have been reserved at two downtown hotels: Huntsville Embassy Suites Hotel & Spa and the Holiday Inn Huntsville–Downtown. (Both are located across the street from each other). When making reservations please refer to the 3-letter Group Code (below) in order to take advantage of reduced group rate. The cut-off date for reserving rooms at the reduced group rate is July 25, 2010. Please refer to contact information below.

(Rate increases by increments of $10/night per adult over two).
