Lindsey spent a lot of her childhood emulating her big sister, Shana, so it’s not a big surprise that people often mistook the two for twins. Since the girls did almost everything together as kids, it’s also no surprise that Shana took up running and traveling the world . . . likely to escape her little sister.
When Shana’s not climbing treetops in Guatemala or sand dunes in Australia she lives in Minnetonka, MN and works for Hennepin County as a Human Services Supervisor.
Lindsey and Debbie saw each other through their awkward stages and somehow still managed to turn out ok. They met during that tumultuous time in 10th grade on the JV Dance Team at Armstrong High School. Needing a roommate for dance camp, Debbie stepped up to the plate and befriended Lindsey. Sharing their common love for Amy Grant and neato dance moves, they became fast friends and have recently celebrated their 10th anniversary of friendship.
Debbie works for Walden University as a Logistics Specialist for Academic Residencies and lives in Plymouth.
What is there to say about Miss Griffith? She used to scare the pants off Lindsey, but that was only until she realized it was because she was stealing Manda’s job at OnCampus Booking (you know I did!). Manda will also never let her live it down that Lindsey was her intern and got to tell her what to do. Once Lindsey escaped Manda’s heavy hand, the girls formed a friendship, and were able to realize their shared love of music and making fun of their boss, Lance.
This sassy straight-shooter is the co-founder of The Bad Interns, badass extraordinaire, and all-around wonder woman. She currently fights crime at Questar and lives in her new home in Monticello with her boyfriend, Paul.
It has been said that Cassie is the loudest Kobow kid (Josh trained his little sis well), though the other 3 have fought desperately to reclaim that title. Besides volume, Cassie is also known for her silly sense of humor, great fashion sense, and strong loyalty to her friends and family.
In 2006 Cassie decided to share her Minnesota fabulousness with Mesa, Arizona, where she now lives and works, soaking in the sunshine for the rest of us.
This long-legged beauty is the youngest of the ‘maids, (hence the “junior”) but makes up for it in talent and energy. She is a true renaissance woman, taking part in almost every activity under the sun, including piano, basketball, and volleyball.
Littlest sister of the groom, Carlee lives in Becker, MN with her parents and will be entering 6th grade at Becker Middle School next fall.
With a Coach purse in one hand and a protractor in the other, this rockin math teacher is a perfect combination of style and preparedness (heck, she WAS a girl scout). Mix that with a good dose of friendship and you have the perfect personal attendant. Lindsey and Kristin also became friends after winning the roommate lottery freshman year at the University of St. Thomas, and haven’t looked back since.
Kristin currently lives in St. Paul and teaches at the Saint Paul Conservatory for Performing Artists, teaching the budding rock stars their numbers.
As Josh's older brother, Matt has had to deal with his fair share of scrutiny. Josh is younger, stronger, more talented, and quite a bit more handsome.

"Get out of here, Josh!!! I'm writing your brother's description! Okay, we're good now"
Matt, his wife Jodi, and his two stepsons, Austin and Ryan, live in Becker, Minnesota. He works as a part-time Mason and part-time Motorcycle salesmen. He most DEFINITELY stands up to comparison to his younger brother. Just check out that 'hawk!!!!
Where to begin...? Well, college is a good start. This future rhodes scholar was Josh's roommate 1st year at St. John's University. The gamble of a roommate lottery could be a scary thing, but this gamble payed off. Nick and Josh became best friends and have been very close in spite of the miles and miles between them today.
Nick and his beautiful wife Marci live in Hollidaysburg, Pennsylvania. Professor Nick Rowland teaches sociology at Pennsylvania State University.
You might know him from his Sunday pool parties; you might know his from his years of playing baseball for St. John's University; you most definitely know him as the shortest (and cutest!) member of Summit Avenue.
Josh went to high-school, then college with Tony, but they still weren't more than acquaintances. That was until one fateful night at a house party in St. Paul when Tony heard Josh playing acoustic guitar. Tony asked Josh if he had ever played bass before. Josh had not. The rest is history.
Tony lives in Bloomington. He works for Survey and Ballot Systems.
Gallagher, gally, gags, ...Adam. A little crazy, a little dirty, ...a LOT smiley. Josh and Adam weren't especially the closest friends during the 1st year at St. John's, but by second year, they had formed a friendship that hasn't faltered since. They has spent many days out in the woods, many afternoons out on the frisbee golf course, and many more moments just have great conversation.
Adam, his talented wife, Mindy, and his cute as a little button daughter, Adelaene, live in Crystal, Minnesota. He works for R & D Systems in the lab.
