Our Story
We are pleased to share with all our love story of 9 years (Yr 2009)...starting from uni life in UTM, Skudai (Yr 2000)...till now....
When we started........ Yr 2000 3rd March
We had began our love and relationship on 3rd March 2000...
Our love blossomed when I (Jessy) was studying my final year (Degree in Mechanical Engineering) in University Technology Of Malaysia, Skudai, Johor Bahru, Malaysia and he (Lipson) was studying his 3rd year of Degree in Property Management in the same university.
During that time, I had been crazy over the mandarin song sang by Sandy Lam - Zhi Shaou Hai You Ni....
ABOUT HIM (THEN)
As Lipson was so talented playing with guitar (then, ha ha ha...), he had played the song to me after we searched the tape (during that time, CD was not very popular then) of that song.... He listened and he will know straight away to play the song using his guitar...
It was the most romantic night... I can say! Most unforgettable one....
Lipson was so macho and fit then with weight of only 84kg and waist of 34 inches and chest of 44 inches... He was every girl's dream, so to speak.
He had been the target of some girls in our university then, ha ha ha...
Lipson had also told me when we started our relationship that we will only be marrying each other 10 years later (if we suit to be together) as he loves his freedom.
Which make me wonder whether do i wanna select a wedding date which will be more meaningful to us....Say Year 2010 March 3 (Wednesday) which marked our 10 years together or Year 2010 March 6 (Saturday) which marked our 10 years and 3 days together. 3 days as if a memorance for the 3rd of March 2000 the day we met! Seems much more meaningful though....
Or just proceed with Year 2009 September 9 which Lipson just simply selected? But that marked our 9 years together...
ABOUT ME (THEN)
I was very slim then as well weigh at 48kg with the size of S. I was very independant and as I am eldest in my family. I am always the one to have the say.
But when I was with Lipson, I feel that I was like "Shiau Nu Ren" (tiny being-protected lady)...being protected by a macho man who always shadowing me, come the sun or rain or big storm.... Feel so lucky to have met Lipson!
Being with Lipson, I had the feeling which exactly match the song which I love "Sandy Lam - Zhi Shaou Hai You Ni" (Translation to english means At Least Have You) for Lipson; even though I could not read chinese words, but I can listen & speak well.
I had also agreed with Lipson that if we suited for each other, we shall marry after 10 years, as I love my freedom as well.
1 year after....Yr 2001 14th February Valentine's Day
I (Jessy) had been working in Singapore and frequently travelled back to Johor Bahru to meet up with Lipson every weekend without fail...
I was SO SURPRISED to find a bouquet of 3 stalks of blue roses lying on the navy blue bed when i returned to JB one Friday evening (9th February 2001)...
As I had informed Lipson not to waste money to buy anything for me for Valentine's Day as he was still studying then.
He told me that even his weight lifting student had commented that it was a waste of money to spend in flowers especially during this special day. But Lipson said to him and later to me that "The money is worth by seeing the surprise and happiness expression on my (Jessy's) face!"
That was very touching at that moment! I hugged him straight away!
It was my 1st ever Valentine's Day gift...
2nd year (Yr 2002)....The Long Distance Relationship
As Lipson graduated from UTM and moved on to Kuala Lumpur to pursue his career as a property sales consultant; I was still working in Singapore as I need to support my younger sister's education fee.
We had a tough long-distance relationship whereby we had spent quite a big sum of money for telephoning each other and also on transportation; in order to keep in touch and meet up.
During these period, I (Jessy) felt everyday passed by too slowly....
As we missed each other so very much!
Following years (Yr 2003 - 2007)...Both of us in KL
I (Jessy) had quited my job in Singapore after my sister graduated and no longer can stay so far away from Lipson.... Finally moved to Kuala Lumpur...
We both worked very hard during these 5 years preparing for our future....
Lipson travelled from Wangsa Maju to Desa Petaling and also Mahkota Cheras everyday while me travelled to Shah Alam and around Klang Valley everyday...
As most of the people in the world, we started everything from scratch (zero).
We had gone through extremely bad times together during these period....
which also help us to grow up...
which also had deepened our love towards each other...
Tying 2 Hearts into 1 Officially - Yr 2007 3rd May (Saturday)
Finally we are tying the knots!

After 7 years & 2 mths together
Year 2008 - 8th Lucky Years of Us Together...
This year is our 8th years together....
Number 8 had always been my favourite number as my birthday date is 8 as well...
We now live in our beautiful lovely warm home sweet home which belongs to ourselves...
And now, Lipson is successful in his career...
Moreover with the yearly trips which we had enjoyed since Year 2007...

9th years of us together - Wedding Year
We had started our 9th year of our relationship with a great Chinese New Year on 26th January 2009. And with a wonderful 2 weeks trip to India - visiting the majestic Taj Mahal (one of the 7 wonders of the world) and the Paradise Island in Republic of Maldives. Whereby we had our 1st session of Pre-Wedding photo shooting on 14th February 2009 (Our 8th Valentine's Day) at Paradise Island Resort,Maldives.
And on our anniversary of meeting date (3rd March 2009), we celebrated by going to the gym (and had the studio by ourselves) and cycling together. We will cycle together like that and visit the whole world together for the rest of our lives (said Lipson).... (Pls chk out for more photos in my photo galeries dated 1/3/2009)
Our 1st Wedding Anniversary 09/09/2010 Thursday
I had got a surprised gift from Lipson 3 days before our anniversary and we celebrated our anniversary with a photography session at Two Centz Studio KD with photographer Ave Yap. Both of us wore a cute couple T of Princess and The Prince frog logo as well as both our wedding day gown and tuxedo for the shooting. The most special was we brought along our baby doggie Naomi for the shooting as thats Lipson's wish to be photographed in wedding suit with Naomi.

Year 2011 marked our 11th years together & 2nd Wedding Anniversary Celebration at CEBU
An unforgettable celebration for our 2nd wedding anniversary with a full day shooting at CEBU Philippines - Val San Diego, Cathedral, Magellan Cross, Sto Nino, The Tops on 7th Sept 2011 (Wedn) and spend 5D4N in Shangrila Mactan Cebu. And the SURPRISE romantic dinner on 9th Sept 2011 (Fri) at a private cove in the middle of the sea at Shangrila Mactan Cebu Cowrie Cove which cost Lipson nearly RM1k for a 4 course meal for 2 and a sparkling wine.
