Carnival Cruise Line has certain requirements that ALL guests must follow and we hope that they do not inconvenience you in any way.
Wedding couples and guests are given priority check-in at the terminal, therefore we ask that everyone be there by 10:00 AM. Once US Customs clears the ship, our group will be allowed to board. We can not stress enough how important it is for all guests to arrive on time. Everyone in our group must board together and latecomers will be turned away, therefore, please allow for traffic for the ride to the terminal.
All sailing guests should be completely dressed and ready for the wedding when arriving at the cruise terminal. Please ensure that all ticketing documentation is in order prior to arrival at the terminal to expedite check-in and have proper boarding documents in hand. Time permitting, sailing guests may have an oportunity to go to their stateroom, however, the cabin may not be ready. Only the bride and groom's cabin is guaranteed to be ready.Only one hand carry-on bag will be permitted for sailing guests and must fit through the security machine. All other bags must be checked with the porters upon arrival to the terminal. Please make sure that you have everything you need for the wedding and reception, as you will NOT see your checked bags until after the reception. Once onboard, sailing guests will be able to drop off their carry on bags in their staterooms prior to attending the wedding.
All non-sailing guests are to be completely dressed and ready for the wedding when arriving at the cruise terminal.
We will be submitting a list for all non-sailing guests including your names and date of birth. In order to obtain a visitor's pass, all non-sailing guests will need to provide photo identification such as a driver's license or passport, and children under the age of 16 must bring a birth certificate. You will leave your ID with Security in the terminal and be given a guest pass which will allow you to board the ship.
Non-sailing guests are welcome to tour the ship until the ceremony begins and after the reception if time allows. All non-sailing guests must debark the ship at approximately 3:30, at which time an announcement will be made. When leaving the ship, you will need to redeem your ID in the ship's terminal.
