We are working with a travel agent to set up the booking for a group. Her name is Helen Amore, and she is with Life's a Trip Cruise & Travel,15316 Spencerville Ct. Suite 101 Burtonsville, Md. 20866 301)-421-4400. Helen is off on Mondays. You can reach her Tuesday through Saturday, between 1pm and 5pm.
She has reserved cabins for us at a group rate. The rates are as follows...

RATES NOT INCLUDED IN CRUISE FARE:
Roundtrip airfare into Miami/Ft. Lauderdale - $158.00 to $178.00 approximately
Roundtrip airport/pier transfers - $28.00 Miami/48.00 Ft. Lauderdale
Trip Cancellation Insurance - $59.00 per adult/$19.00 for ages 16 and under
Gratuities/Tipping - $30.00 per person for 3 night cruise
Deposit Requirements (Per Person)
1st Deposit – $50.00 due by March 31, 2008(extended until May 15, 2008)
2nd Deposit - $50.00 per person due by June 27, 2008
3rd Deposit – $50.00 per person due by September 26, 2008
4th Deposit - $50.00 per person due by January 23, 2009
Final Payment due by April 24, 2009

Of course, now that the initial group booking period has passed, these rooms/rates are no longer guaranteed. If there is still a room available at the level you want, then you will still get the group rate. However, there is nothing held for us anymore, so it is first come, first serve.
These rates include all meals (unless you want to pay more to eat at one of their specialty restaurants), some non-alcoholic drinks , most activities on the ship (excludes spa, gambling, shopping, etc.) The trip price does not include alcoholic beverages.
Also, be advised that gratuities are not included in the price of the cruise.

Welcome! As a Carnival guest, you have the convenience of expediting your check-in process by registering for your cruise in advance, while also satisfying Department of Homeland Security requirements.
Once you have completed the information and printed a FunPass, simply go through a document verification check after you arrive at the cruise terminal. It's that easy!
Start by entering your booking number ( what's this?) in the box at the left and complete your FunPass in three easy steps.

All guests in your cabin must provide the required information in order to obtain a FunPass. Online registration is available until the day before sailing. Taking a few minutes now will let you start enjoying your long-awaited cruise that much sooner.
