November 28, 2008-Hotel Accommodations- I have reserved 8 rooms at the Holiday Inn Port of Miami. Once we have booked all 8 rooms I will be able to reserve 8 more. The rooms are on a first come basis.

March 21,2009- I have reserved 8 more rooms at the same rate. I only have 6 left at this time. Once the 6 rooms are taken, you will have to reserve the rooms on your own. Sorry for any inconvience this may cause.

We have booked our flights and have found pretty reasonable rates.
