George and I were engaged on December 15, 2007. While getting ready to attend my 40th birthday party he proposed. What a surprise!

We both knew right then and there that we wanted something different yet special and meaningful for the both of us. We enjoy cruising so much that we decided to have our wedding on a cruise ship.

Since we do want our families and friends to be there as we exchange wedding vows, we have decided to have our marriage ceremony onboard the Carnival Cruise Line, The Imagination cruise ship before it leaves port on Friday, September 18, 2009. The reception will follow immediately afterward and we can celebrate until all non-sailing guests must depart.
