Honeymoon updates
Hi guys, have decided to update my honeymoon trip (as it takes very long to upload photos here!) on my other blog website. If you have it, then u know where to find it. Ang bao calculation
Saw this post from one of my forum fren today. Hai..it has come too late... Sad to say, we are still suprised that the standard BIG $80 ang bao would come from colleagues and frens. Tot that this would only happen to those old distant relatives. And also for the RSVP part. You would be amazed by the creativity of the ppl nowadays, from the different kind of sickness, up to "forgetfulness" to nv receive ur invitation (but has alr previously RSVP and Save-the-date), to mixing up the date...
Honeymoon
Greaatings from the sunny land of goldcoast! Just arrived this morning and am waiting for hotel check-in at 2pm later. The past few days just flew by with adventure packed activities, from diving at the Great Barrier Reefs, to hot air ballooning to white water rafting...hahah i fell off the raft boat and "nearly drowned". Our morning pickup transfer for the past 2 days were ar 4am, so meaning we hae to wake up at 3am..so totally lack of sleep and exhausted. Looking fwd to laze on the beach...
Its done!
After more than a yr's planning, everything is done now. AD over so nows its back to normal..seems a bit unreal actually, now that i am Mrs Wee..lol Everything happened so fast yesterday. Except for some minor corkups, everything else went very smoothly, all thanks to our xiong dis and jiemeis!!!!!!!!!! Without you to help us smooth out the process, it would be impossible! THANK YOU! Seating arrangement
Its now 1.48am on 26th Sept. The eve of our big day..and wat are we currently doing? The sitting arrangement...a word of advise, DONT do your sitting arrangement early. No use one..in the end would still change at the last min. There would be ppl, some with creative reasons and some with the same old ones telling you they couldnt make it last min. So you need to re-arrange your seats so that you wont loose so much $$. Our current tables swtand at 43. Hopefully there wont be anymore "major"...
Bridal Car no
Guess what, our bridal car no came out in the starters today and we didnt buy!! We were so busy running ard, doing last min errands that it didnt came to our mind that we should buy the no! Candice did ask us for the no and that didnt prompt us to go buy..faint...ok lah,but at least Candice's mum and my aunt did win some $$ :)
An Chuang + emcee rehearsal
Did our An Chuang today. Another thing off the list :) So this would be our new bedroom (for now...)
After the An Chuang, we rush down to White Link to collect the gowns and suits. We saw Gina and went thru our album. There are some black stains on one page, thus the current arrangement is that we will use this stained album for our AD and WL will replace it with a new one after that. Its actually a blessing in disguise cos we wont need to worry that our album would be spoiled by...
Angry!!
Am really angry with WL! They are giving us bad services and many excuses! Have an apptm tmr to final fit the gowns as well as to collect them plus our album and wall photo. But just now Gina called and told me that the album is ready, but they saw scratches on the album, so have to send back for reprint. Would only be ready on 26 th !! So I was like “wat if its not ready by then!” But she just say confirmed will be ready one…arrgghh..then nvm..after an hr or 2, another WL staff...
Guo Da Li
Had a massive hangover when i woke up this morning. Luckily I was still able to wake up before 9am. Today is our GDL day! Law and his bro reached ard 10am with all the stuffs. I had to go dwn to help them bring it up..
After the “giving” ceremony, we went to Bukit Panjang where we need to pray to Law’s ancestors to inform them of our marriage, then its off to deliver the cakes to my relatives. Everything has to be completed by 5pm! Luckily managed to reach the last...
My Hen's nite
My jie meis organized a Hen’s nite for me today. I didn’t expect it to be the way it has turned out to be! Tot that we were only gg for dinner and later drinks at a pub. But wat happened was that, I turned up in a halter top with jeans and heels, but that didn’t satisfied them.
