Busy day
Did quite a few things today. Firstly, we went to Rasa in the early afternoon to test our the laptops as well as march-in songs. Also finalized the deco for the recep area, ballroom as well as the solemnization room.
After that, we went to the Registry to collect our ROM docs. Sorry to say, I still doesn’t like the idea of getting married at the Registry. When we were there, you can see the various couples ard, taking photos and waiting for their turn. When the no flashes, then they would go into the room, solemnized then go off..hmm..to me its like ushering some group of sheeps and when the no flashes, it would be “NEXT”.. luckily we were only there to collect our doc and having our solemnization outside. Collection of the doc is simple. We just need to produce our identification and the witness’s identification, read some oaths and that it! J

After the registry, we went back to harbor front, canon service center to collect Law’s camera. He sent his cam for repair so that it would be ready for use for our honeymoon. Then we went to Jurong Point to “pre-celebrate” Law’s birthday (which is tmr as tmr would be a busy day as well). Haa we went to Kuyushinbo for dinner. There was a massive jam on the way there and by the time we reached there, its almost 9pm. Thus we went for the last hr food sale which cost abt $24++ per pax.
