Our wedding party is big, but thats because we have big hearts and alot of great family and friends in our lives. We are truly blessed!
Loretta Hammond
Maid of Honor
Loretta is a long time friend of Amanda's. They first met in grade school Amanda thinks, and got to know each other a little in highschool. Loretta was always happy and supportive, a great person to know. They didn't become close until 2000 at a New Years Eve party at Evies Sports Bar and Grill in Owen Sound. Spending the evening celebrating a little two much, they had a ball. Even though Amanda lived in Nova Scotia, Loretta and Amanda kept in touch via MSN, email and the occiasional phone call. "Loretta was always there for me, she would talk me through a lot of things I was going through out there, she is a very close and dear friend to me". Amanda moved home to Ontario, closing the long 24 hour gap between their friendship.
Amanda is truly grateful for the continued support, love and friendship Loretta gives her.
Catherine Robertson

Amanda first met Catherine when she was 16. Owen Sound girls, partying and having fun Catherine was a mature, fun and level headed inspiration for Amanda. Amanda was a little bit of a wild child in her teenage years, as a witness to her angst Catherine and Amanda will always be close.
After moving to Guelph, Amanda and Catherine have grown very close, sharing coffees, VV runs, daily messages and checkins and creative ventures keep them busy together. Catheine is a huge support for Amanda and greatest of friend. Amanda is truly blessed to have such a caring and supportive friend.
"Catherine is like the one person I can call or message and know that I'll get the truth back. She's an amazingly caring person and is very selfless, she's a lot of fun to be around, I just 'heart' her!"

Michelle is Amanda's Sister-in-Law, but really her Sister. Amanda first met Michelle when Adam started dating her just as she moved out for college.
Getting to know each other through family outings, telephone and email.
Michelle and Amanda have allied against Brenda many times and find laughing to be the cure to their silliness!
Playing 'sequence' is totally one of our favourite games to play together....;o)
Late night phone calls, girls weekends, coffee drives, and family vacations. "Michelle is an awesome sister, she's so beautiful and I just love her. She's always really supportive of me and I really value our relationship"
Heather Lycan

Heather, aka: weiner and bunz first met Amanda when she lived in Lunenburg, Nova Scotia. They met at a co-workers girl party. They spent the night with shots of tequila, smoking cigarettes and laughing hysterically at the big 80's mirror. After that Heather and Amanda became really close, going for 'walks', dinners and art nights. Living in such a small town, Heather became like family to Amanda.
She is the one thing that Amanda misses most about Nova Scotia.
"If it wasn't for Heather and David, I'd still be stuck on KD...but seriously, Heather is just amazing, she's fun, and she's so accepting of my ADHD, I just love her to bits and bits"

Melissa aka: Rootn Tootn Lasso Loop'n Gun Pop Chew'n Chicken Hawlk. or MRT.
Melissa and Amanda first met back in School. They lived close by and would often get together and play, swim, scooter around her backyard, hang with her mom, watch movies, be all girly together.
Melissa and Amanda both went to different cities after highschool but always tried to get together on thanksgivings, christmas's or any long weekend that they may have been home at the same time.
No matter how long it has been since they talk, its like they've never seperated. Melissa is a true life long friend. "I always know I can track her down and she'll always be totally excited and happy to hear from me. I truly love this gurl!"
