We are done with the planning and conceptualization. Now it is down to the actual execution.
Surprisingly, we are not as stressed as we thought we would be.

Presenting our ceremony and reception venues!
The St. Alphonsus Mary de Liguori Parish Church is located at the Magallanes Village in Makati. Coming from the south, take a U-turn when you reach the intersection of SLEX and EDSA. Go straight and make a right turn (Lapu-lapu Ave) when you see the Shell gas station beside the Asia Pacific College.
Manila Hotel is a familiar landmark along Roxas Boulevard. You will pass by Boom na Boom, Cultural Center of the Philippines and the US Embassy. Make a left turn when you see the Rizal statue in Luneta.
We know we know! We know that our venues are far from each other. We fell in love with both Magallanes Church and Manila Hotel. Not getting both could lead to serious regrets which we don’t want to have in the future. We will do our best to get police escorts so guests can glide thru the Manila traffic.
SIX MONTHS TO GO BEFORE WE SAY ALL SYSTEMS GO!
We are done booking the major suppliers. Now we deal/fight over the nitty gritty details like invitation font, tables names, wedding games etc and finalize our after-wedding plans.

Love love love our prenup pictures!
We love how the pictures are so Mangored yet so us. Mangored did a great job in making us feel and look like artistas. (Jamie as a crossbreed of Pops Fernandez and a wide eyed lemur and Franco as Bearwin Meily straight from Bahrain) :P
We didnt just get photographers. We got artists to document our wedding day. Creative with a capital C!

Super nice and super talkative! It was already 2PM when I realized that I haven't eaten lunch.
For morning weddings like ours, call time for make up artists is very very early. Since I am not 3:30AM person, the rapport with the make up artist is very important to me. I want a cheerful artist who will not make me the beautiful but will also calm my hyperactive nerves.
Even before the trial, I was already 90% sure that I want her to do my make up on my wedding day. She is sooooo nice on the phone and is even nicer in person.
Check out the dramatic pero pa-virgin look that she created for me.

- Joel gave me tips on how to prepare my skin for the wedding day

CON's
- I was in the brink of crying because of pain when they were teasing my hair
- It took forever to remove all the hairpins. And it was PAINFUL
- I heard Joel saying to another potential client, " O di ba ang ganda-ganda na niya? Kita niyo naman kung ano histura niya kanina?" (hehe, okay, I am overreacting)
