Wedding Day Attire

Since we're doing the whole holiday wedding thing, we have decided to go with the tradional Christmas colors--red and green. Ok...well wine and celadon to be exact, with accents in either silver or gold.

The Dress!

The dress! The dress! The dress! It's here! :) It doesn't zip up all the way...buuuuuuttt....it's here!

And seeing as the reception is on Christmas Eve, I thought I should totally get me some elf boots! Aren't these rad?!

We're going to DIY my veil! I found the one I love at Alfred Angelo and it 160 bucks. 160 bucks for tulle and ribbon...are you kidding me?! Pfft. Jasmine and I went to wally world and bought the stuff for her to make it for under ten bucks. I can't wait to see it!

Maids!

I am still trying to decide which dress to go with for the ladies. I have found two dresses I really like. One is short, which would be fun for Vegas. The other is long, which would be good seeing as the wedding is in December.

Here are the two contenders (both by Alfred Angelo) The short dress is the two colors of the wedding. We're going to alternate dress colors (wine, celadon, wine, celadon...etc)

(This dress is probably the best representation of what our colors are!)

***UPDATE***

Alfred Angelo has FINALLY released the short version of the long dress I am in love with! I think what we'll end doing is letting the girls pick if they want short or long. :) That way, everyone is happy!

***ANOTHER UPDATE***

Eddy, Boogs and I went to Alfred Angelo to check out dresses. Hey...I'm unemployed and have nothing better to do! HA! And of course, we found another dress to add to the running! :) And it's pretty safe to say the dress with the bubble hem is out of the running. Here is a mock bridal party lineup with the dresses.

...AND THE WINNER IS....
Alfred Angelo 6540!

Men

Bry found this tux and totally fell in love with it. It's called Mirage? He wants to do black on black, but I'm going to see if I can him to perhaps get the wine color to match my dress.

Flower Girls!

I have yet to find a flower girl dress that I would dare put my neices in. They are either too ugly or too grown-up. Then I came up with this idea....I LOVE the little tulle tutu's...and since the girls will be so young, I think it'd be soooo cute. We're looking at something like this, only in our colors. We'll pair it with an ivory shirt, striped tights and little ugg boots. Too adorable :)
