DIY

Since I seem to have a lot of time on my hands lately, I've decided to take on a few DIY projects. I've done the invitations, save-the-dates, favors and a few other things.

Save-the-Dates

While toolin' around the internet I came across the idea of making save-the-date postcards! We ordered them from vistaprint.com. I can't wait for them to come in! I hope they turn out as good as I think they are going to!

This is going smaller and on the left hand side of the card, so we can use the right hand side for the address.

Invitations

My friend Kris got me this background for our invitations at istockphoto.com and needless to say, I am using it for just about everything!

I fell in love with the pocketfolds. Did you know there are 56 colors of off-white?! I finally found THE off-white metallic I was searcing high and low for and shockingly enough, it's within our budget!

Here is the first go around with the invitations. Keep in mind, this is just the rough product--things are hodge-podged put together and not cut straight.

I'm still toyin' with the front. Not sure if I want to close it with a sticker, ribbon or a combination of both!

(If I do the sticker, I might need to change the order of the names...or does it really matter?)

I guess these could be called Engagement Cards?

Bry and I wanted to get the word out that we got engaged so last Christmas, I designed this card that we sent out to everyone. The second page was just wishing everyone happy holidays and kinda letting everyone know what our plans were. So I'm not sure if you would call these a pre-save the date or what..but I thought they turned out super cute :)

Wrap-Arounds

This is wrap around we are going to use for our invitation envelopes.

Photo Share Cards

This was such an awesome idea! I am toyin' with where to put them exactly....I was thinking of putting them with the favor? Or at the bar ...or guestbook? All I know is I am gettin' them made. www.vistaprint.com again :) I got a coupon for 250 free business cards.
Here are the two we are trying to decide between:

Flower Girl Basket

Jasmine and I came across this adorable basket while crusin' around etsy. I LOVE it! We'll add a little more cranberries and maybe some holly leaves...

RSVP Cards

Pretty simple and straight forward! I just ordered the first set of them and I can't wait to see how they turned out!

Programs

I stole this idea from winterbride over at chattybrides.com

I LOVE her programs! I am in the works of recreating them! I had all the panels done and then my computer crashed. Doh.
