"Happy is the bride that the sun shines on today." A stranger told that to my grandma outside the church moments before her wedding to my grandpa. They were married for over 50 years with 10 kids. So my mom told me that the day of my wedding and in the middle of a downpour, the sun came out long enough for the ceremony and reception. It's a good luck prayer. So I am saying it to you, with the hopes that you have a lifetime of beautiful memories to share with your family. Though I won't be there, I will be thinking of you and I can't wait to hear all about it.
