Officially warming the seats at the main table
One of the very few high school pals still in contact. Would say that we have lotsa fond memories since we were 13. The mischief & havoc is beyond words to describe. Till today, in some ways, we are very much still partying together, getting into some sort of mischief & havocs. But the beauty of this relationship is, off and on we drag each others feet back down on earth.
So, another heavy task is bestowed upon Lulu now, as my bridemaid. Im not entirely sure what a bridesmaid needs to do, but im totally 100% she will do whatever it is to make sure I managed to sign at the right place, at the very least!
This girl, I would say is one of a kind. Exterior wise, she potray to be a mischievious and loud, but she is an angel in disguise. Sheep in a wolf is more like it. Deep inside, she is such an angel. Known her since high school, shared lots of laughter and fun moments, together with Lucia, Cynthia and some others. Definately trustworthy and dependable, she would be another perfect choice for a bridesmaid.
This dude is still in Shanghai, not too sure if he even can make it back..
Sayang, your next task is to do the cakap cakap about him here..
Cousin of mine, another Ms Wong. Somehow, for 2 cousins living in the same state, we are guilty of not keeping in touch often enough.
Michelle is one cool girl who is lucky to be protected by her older brother Michael. Seeing them together makes me green with envy. I have been wishing since young that I have a older brother to take care of me. Maybe thats why I adopted many KorKor's. Michells turn to be a bride should be up soon! So, heres your last chance to be a chi mui!
Sweet dear Wendy is the gal that balances our group up. High school gal pal of mine, really glad we still keep in touch and hang out occasionally. Shes sweet, kind, angelic, friendly and.. well.. just so sweet! With the heart of gold, she is the nicest friend anyone could wish for.
Have known her since high school as well. Weren't very close back then, but glad we are closer now. School days probably we were in very different groups. The studious and the lazy bums. No extra points but its a real easy guess. Shes cute, funny, friendly yet uniquely shy and reserve. Glad shes part of our girlie group!
Zakeeyah, or Zacky is the social girl! Ever since school days shes been the sociable one who talks and mingles with everyone. Shes pretty, funny, witty, outgoing, and so loud!!! Whenever we have out girls day out, we will attract so much attention to our table, with Zacky's super loud voice and laughter, of course, aid by Lucia, Way Huay and moi! Kecik Kecik cili padi, small in size, big in voice, smile and heart.
This hot blubbly girl is a new friend actually. We met I guess about a year or two ago through Lucia, mostly for clubbing sessions. She came across as a very charming and friengly girl, probably from the effects of alcohol? :P
I'm glad to have her on board as one of the Ji Muis and celebrate this once in a lifetime occassion with me.
Oh btw, she is really witty too, so heng tai's, better watch out! :P
We've been friends for years. She was actually friends of a 'enemy', who somehow turned to be one of my good friends! Ironic eh. Floey, is definately one of the coolest & hippest girl in the gang. Shes stylish & trendy, has a great personality and loads of fun. Also, shes the youngest in the group! So I'm guessing she has lots of other weddings to help out before it is actually her turn!!
Judy is a younger version of me. All aunties say so. Even Judy! When she was little, her mom showed her a baby picture of me, and Judy insisted it was her picture. As she grew, I myself notice she do have some of my features, and at a glance, we can really pass out as sisters!
Being a city girl like me, I'm not embarrased to say I'm still very much a village girl deep inside. I would really want all my cousins to be involved in this wedding. Therefore, like it or not, she better be one of the Chi Mui.
Step brother from Mom's side. He's a real quiet chap. Honestly, I was kinda dissapointed when I suddenly found out Mom's gonna re-marry, and Im gonna get 2 step brothers. To make matters worst, Malacca is a small town, and step brothers are close to my age, goes to the same school and some of my friends too! Being only bout 17, I was really a BRAT! Yes Sayang! I know you are going to agree, I was a spoilt brat. Immediate instinct was to shun away from my family, especially the brothers as I somehow felt I was too cool for them!!! (May can be a real bitch... yes... )
However, many years down the road, I find that im getting fond of them. We spend only few weekends in a year together and all of it was rather fun & memorable. I especially like chinese new years, where I felt glad I have 2 older bros to share chores! So, yes, the grown up May, loves her step brothers!!
This cousin of mine is indeed one of a kind. He is one of the very rare breed left among metropolitan guys. Hes not only friendly and kind, hes capable, responsible, and truly a gentleman. What I can't understand is, how can many girls out there not notice what a great guy he is!!~~!!
So girls, what are you waiting for??!!??
Edward, is definately the kind of friend anyone would ask for. A bubble, fun and a darn good sport too, Ed is always the live of every party. We haven't known him for too many years as others here, but long enough for us to know he is a good friend and a good brother. Too bad girls, he is taken!
