Wedding Blog

Just some thoughts & what's been happening with my wedding to do list!

It's crunch time!

Now that it's officially October I'm really feeling the stress. I cannot stress the importance of RSVP-ing on time and being on time to all the wedding events. We are both really excited to share our wedding day with you and look forward to seeing all of you at the church when we exchange our marriage vows. We can't wait!

Shower Thanks!

Thank you everyone for a wonderful wedding shower! =) We will post up pictures soon. Please feel free to send us your shots as well. We are very excited to move into our new home as soon as we close escrow, which should be in about a week! We are less than 3 months away from our wedding! We hope that you're as excited as we are!

Dos & Dont's

Here is a fun do and don't list that I found that I hope is helpful! DO’S and DON’TS
DO RSVP BY THE DEADLINE, even if you already told the bride & groom that you’d definitely be there.
DON’T CALL THE BRIDE the day of the wedding for any reason.
DO STAY UPBEAT when you talk to the bride during the months before the big day. She wants to hear that you’re excited, not that you have to rearrange your work schedule or can’t afford a hotel.
DON’T WEAR WHITE OR CREAM....

Homeowners!

Hi everyone me and Bernie are finally in escrow!  We're getting a condo in Eastlake Vistas - Willow Bend.  If all goes well we should close by August 1st! Keep your fingers crossed! I have more to update but maybe when I'm not so tired and busy!

So much to do!

We are officially less than 6 months away! There's still so much to do. I'm really feeling the crunch now. It is exciting yet stressful at the same time. We're also still very busy with our own house hunt and getting approved for our home loan so that's stressful too. I know everything will eventually fall into place but I just want everything to be great! You never really know how difficult wedding planning is until you plan your own! Hope you all are enjoying the site! It's time for some...
