Our wedding is in Fort Collins, but the reception is in Loveland (20 minutes south towards Denver). Fort Collins is by far the more exciting town to stay in with better night life and more to see and do. That being said, there could be a few reasons to stay at a hotel in Loveland instead (see Best Western Crossroads Inn below). Take your pick!
We have a block of rooms here and it's by far the best bang for your buck. It's a beautiful hotel and atrium and only about a mile and a half from the wedding location.
Standard Rooms (3 room choices) are $89/night
King Deluxe Rooms (50% bigger and view of the mountains) are $109/night
To book, call the number above and ask for the Brown/Fontenot wedding rate.
This is the cheapest hotel that we have a block of rooms at. It's only a mile from where the wedding location is. The room includes a continental breakfast as well.
King Bed Room is $82.00/night
Double Bed Room is $86.00/night

We've blocked a few rooms at the Best Western in Loveland for a smaller crowd. Loveland is 20 minutes south of Fort Collins. This hotel is only 5 minutes from where our reception is. If you fly out early Sunday morning it might be a better option because it's closer to the airport. If you are visiting Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park, this would be a closer hotel to that as well. There is a continental breakfast again, but rooms are a bit more expensive due to Estes Park crowds.
King Bed Room $109/night
Double Bed Room $115/night

We have a block of rooms here at the Marriott as well for guests. It's obviously a very nice hotel. A little farther to the wedding location, but it's still only about 4 miles away.
Standard Room $109/night

The Armstrong Hotel is right in the heart of Old Town Fort Collins. It's a beautifully renovated early 1900's hotel with modern and vintage rooms. We don't have a block of rooms here because they don't do blocks, but it's too cool of a place to not let you know about it. It's only a 2 block WALK from the hotel to our wedding. It's a little pricier, but if you're looking for a unique Fort Collins experience, this is the place!
Queen Bed Room $139/night
Queen Suite (living room and pull out bed) $165/night
To book, call the number above, but again, there's no special rate to mention to them unfortunately.
There are a host of "value inns" in Fort Collins for anyone looking for the cheapest possible rooms to rent. I went on priceline.com and found several places in the $55-$70/night range if that's more your thing. They're a little further from the wedding (3 - 8 miles further), but if you've got transportation then it won't make much difference at all and can save you a few bucks. Your call...
