The first two days of November, is an important cultural event of the year. Día de los Muertos, or Day of the Dead, is actually November 2, but Day of the Innocents, also called Day of the Angels, is November 1. The two days together comprise the annual event commonly known as the celebrations of the Day of the Dead.
The Day of the Dead, a Mexican celebration, is a day to celebrate, remember and prepare special foods in honor of those who have departed. On this day in Mexico, the streets near the cemeteries are filled with decorations of papel picado, flowers, candy calaveras (skeletons and skulls), and parades.

Los Primeros dos dias de Noviembre, son un evento cultural muy importante del ano. Dia de Los Muertos, que actual mente es el 2 de Noviembre, pero el 1 de Noviembre es el Dia de los Inocentes, que se llama El dia de Los Angeles. Los dos dias juntos forman el evento del ano conosido como la Celebraccion del Dia de Los Muertos.
El Dia De Los Muertos, es una Celebracion Mexicana, que es el dia para celebrar, recordar y preparar comidas especiales en el honor de todos los que se han hido. En este dia en Mexico las calles sercanas al pantion se llenan con decoraciones de papel picado, flores, dulces de calaveras y desfiles.

While many streets are bustling with activity at any time of the day or night, one area that is particularly lively is the seaside walkway known as the Malecon, decorated with whimsical statues,restaurants on the side, and clubs at night.
Good times to go for peaceful intimate walk is early morning before 10am & anytime on Monday-Wednesday
Busy time would be around 10am - 2pm and then 5pm - 11pm
Thurdays throught Sunday are Pretty Lively days
