to handle all of our guests' resort reservation needs.
There are SO many benefits to booking with Beau and Carol, including:
~A deposit of $500 (for 2 people, $250pp) is all you need to lock in your reservation, and you can make payments over time until the full balance is due 60 days prior to departure
~You can change the dates of your reservation at any time up to 60 days prior to travel without any penalty
~If the rates go down between now and then, your price will reflect that change
~Round-trip airport transfers (from Cancun airport to the resort) are included in their pricing
~It doesn't cost you anything to use their services

Of course you can definitely book however you would like (internet, calling the resort, etc.) but I want to encourage you to check out what Beau has put together in terms of the rate chart and compare. (Everyone knows that the researcher in me spent weeks trying to find the best deal for everyone...and I found it with Roads Less Taken. I know I sound like a commercial, but it's completely true.)
A few other notes - this resort is a 5-star, adults-only, all-inclusive property (no guests under 18, and all food, alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages, snacks, and many activities are included in the room price). We chose this resort not only for its amenities and beauty, but also for the atmosphere it can provide for our wedding. Most importantly, we thought this resort could cater to the diverse interests and needs of our guests. We will also be researching and providing information on tours and activities offered outside of the resort (e.g., excursions to the Maya ruins, scuba trips, horseback riding on the beach, day trips to Playa del Carmen or the eco-water parks in the area, cenote kayak jungle tours or zip line tours, etc.). We truly want this to be a wonderful experience no matter how you envision your Mexico trip!
