Our Story
How we got introduced...
Lizz and Lisa met at Aramark and became huge fans of snowboarding. Lisa met Nate in Greenwater shortly after moving there. Lisa soon realized that Lizz and Nate could be perfect for each other. For months Lisa tried to get Lizz to met Nate but Lizz was not to keen on the idea of dating someone 90 minutes away. Lisa and Lizz went to a Seahawks game on August 30th 2007 and afterwards Lizz met Nate at 13 Coins. Nate asked Lizz to drive him to his truck parked at a friend’s house several blocks away and soon became a 2 hour conversation until the sun came up. Lizz and Nate stayed in touch during the next month then Nate asked Lizz to a BBQ at Adam’s house and Lizz knew as that night progressed; Nate was the man for her.
And so the story goes....
From that moment on, Lizz and Nate were inseparable. Nate and Lizz took turns staying in West Seattle and Greenwater. The commute was long for Nate so in December 2007, Lizz decided to move to Enumclaw. Summer months were spent hiking, backpacking, swimming in nearby lakes, spending time with friends and becoming serious wine conessiours. Winter months were spent snowmobiling, skiing, enjoying nights out on Crystal Mountain and having the time of their lives. Lizz’s love for snow increased with time and moved to North Bend so that skiing day and night could become a reality. Lizz’s dream was to get married on top of a snowy mountain then ski down and Nate’s dream has always been to heli ski, so one day Nate decided to make it a reality.
