If the original purpose of the bridal party was to prevent kidnapping of the bride, then it makes perfect sense to have large men for bridesmaids.
Laura and Liz have known each other almost their entire lives (except for that 11-month stretch before Liz was born). Liz excels at karaoke, mayhem and making friends with strangers. She is spending this fall in a touring production of The Rocky Horror Show.
Friends and Brothers. They don't feed each other cat-food sandwiches, but Ryan did 'introduce' Patrick to a Tulsa Oklahoma landmark many times. They also spent many wonderful summers at Camp Wah-tut-Ca together. Here have a heaping bowl of Dromgoole-Oats!
Laura and Scot were roommates (apartmentmates, if you want to get technical and not give her mother a heart attack) at Rutgers. They once rode 100 miles in a tow truck with a man named "Hop" who had no teeth, after Scot's car broke down on a mountaintop in West Virginia. If they are hitting each other, try not to be alarmed.
Michael and Ryan ride bicycles for the same team, PACC, and can be found road tripping all over the Southwest for races. Their most recent mountain bike adventure was National Championships in Granby, CO, where they managed to run out of gas in the middle of New Mexico, and both place in the Top Ten for Category 1(ages 25-29)
Laura would have preferred, initially, that David be a little sister. She eventually grew to like him, however, and has not hit him with a croquet mallet in years. He has a lovely wife named Jessica and has never met the Geico gecko.

Jeremy lifts heavy things and puts them back down again.
It started over a carton of milk, a long time ago, in a camp far far away.

Sneaking out for midnight trips for cherry flavored soda and other mischief are par for the course.
Ryan is internet famous over at Ohryankelley.com and works for Lycos/Gamesville.com
Charlotte's powers of coercion are legendary. Frozen beverages magically appear from the trunk of her car on a regular basis. She seems to consider running to be an enjoyable hobby, not just something to do when escaping from predators, and is back from an injury, training for her first marathon.
Rick, Pat and Ryan were all but inseparable back in the day. Hilarity still ensues when they get together. Paper-routes and the Breakfast of Champions were a Saturday staple in Westford. There were also many adventures around Nabnasset involving flammable liquids.
