Caterer interview and taste testing
Gail Clements is the caterer that my sister used for her wedding. I can't wait to try her food. I asked for some traditional things like chicken and steak. Some pasta and a few seasonal fall items. I still have a few weeks until the testing and I'm sure I will write a blog about it.
