A wedding can be an extremely overwhelming event to plan, with lots of bits and pieces that have to come together to create a beautiful cohesive day. To create our special day, we've chosen to work with some incredibly talented people. Here is our list of vendors.
Venue, Accomodations and Catering: The Baldachin Inn
Merrickville, Ontario
The Baldachin Inn will be playing many roles for our wedding. We have chosen to use the Baldachin as our ceremony and reception venue, as well as our accommodations for the night before and night of. They will also be catering our event.
Officiant: Cat Baron through All Seasons Weddings
After attending the wedding of a close friend and seeing Cat Baron act as the officiant there, we knew she would be a great match for us at our wedding.
Day Of Coordinator: Liane Reeves of In Any Events
After meeting Liane at the Wedding Palace Bridal show in 2008, Mum and I were blown away by her creativity and impeccable eye for design. With our unique situation, we knew that we would need someone to help us on our wedding day so that we and our wedding party could enjoy themselves without worry. After meeting with Liane, we all knew that she was the perfect fit for us and we look forward to working with her more to bring together our vision and help us make it through unscathed.

Iaroslava will be serving as our photographer for our engagement session, as well as the ceremony, reception and portraits.
Wedding Cinematographer : First Kiss Films
After winning a discount as runners up in a contest, Pat and I decided to book with FKF for our wedding film. We're very excited to see the results!
Dress, Veil and Alterations: Alliance Bridal
After going to a few bridal salons, in and around Ottawa, I took my sister and Mum to Alliance to see a dress that I had fallen in love with. Katerina was our salesperson, and through her guidance and keen eye, I fell in love with a completely different dress - one I didn't even want to try on!
Bridesmaid Dresses: Laysieng Couturier
We decided to go with Laysieng Couturier for our bridesmaid dresses as they were one of teh few shops in the Ottawa area that carried the Alfred Angelo and After Six lines. They are also doing the alterations for the dresses.
Suits for the Groom and Groomsmen: Tip Top Tailors
There was no doubt in our minds when we chose Tip Top Tailors for our suit vendor. One of my oldest friends, Tyler, has worked there for a long time (though has since left the store) and was an incredible to us during the selection process.
DJ: Bobby T of Bobby T DJ Services
Ottawa, Ontario
DJ Bobby T will provide us with music and entertainment for our ceremony and reception.
Cake: Tastes Like More
Recommended to me by a friend, Pat and I spoke with Jennifer and shared our vision for our sweet wedding treats. She surpassed all of our expectations. We are proud to have her as a part of our day.
Invitations and Stationary: Wishtree Invitations and Stationary
Wishtree will be designing and printing our custom invitations and stationary for our wedding.
Make Up Artist: Helen El-Koura of Pro Makeup Group
Helen El-Koura will be providing her makeup artistry services to myself, the bridesmaids and my mother for the day of the wedding.
Florist and Decor: Erin of Full Bloom

I contacted Erin a few months ago after seeing her listed as a Vendor on the Wedding Palace Bridal Show webpage. We met in a local cafe, with Sarah and Anna along for support. Immediately I knew that this was the florist for me. Erin and I are totally on the same page and I can't wait to see the amazing and beautiful creations she puts together for our wedding

Registry: Home Outfitters
We have added Home Outfitters to our Registry list, as The Bay didn't offer all of the selection that we needed.
Registry: The Bay at Bayshore Shopping Center
Registry: Honeyfund
Our "Alternative" registry. This registry allows our guests to assist us with our honeymoon fund. It gives them the option to give us cash, cheques or make payments by credit card through paypal.
