Maggie and I Get Around

  • P&M Bing AA office

This is a picture of us in Maggie's office in Binghamton. The plant in the window behind us was this beautiful peppermint geranium that just blossomed under Maggie's care. I still have that shirt and some of those photos on the wall grace the walls of our home (or are still packed away in boxes after all these years).

  • Pat & Morgan baby

Morgan's mom has been great, enabling us to enjoy so many moments of Morgan's life from the beginning. She doesn't even mind that we are still constantly trying to persuade her to just let the Morgangirl stay with us and she can visit!

  • P MBeachcosta rica

Believe it or not, we spent lots of time about this close to the water on the beaches of Costa Rica, unless we were in a boat. Remember, we don't swim.

  • P&M&Sloth

While in Costa Rica, we got up close and personal with snakes, sloths, and all sorts of creatures. This is us with the sloth, but there's a huge python, Pinkie, that I adored having wrapped around my neck until I learned she hadn't eaten in a long, long time. The sloth was fun, too.

  • P&M&Morgan Disneyland

We used to spend a lot of time at amusement parks. This is a Disneyland trip. Morgan kept us young and adventurous.

  • P&M together

This is one of those great quick trips some place nearby. Maggie remembers where, but she's not here to remind me of the place.

  • P&M Rainforest

It really does rain in the rain forest! A lot, but we got a chance to take a photo or two any way.

  • P&M dressy Costa Rica

Maggie and I went to Costa Rica for our friend Marta Johnson's inauguration as Governor of Porta Limon. We had a grand time being feted as friends of the Governor from the U. S.

  • P&M Avalon Nice Pic

This is one of those trips on boats that got to be a bit too much for Maggie at one point. It's that Catalina thing. Took some friends who were visiting for this outing. We went on a boat that went really fast and it made a lot of the folks on the boat really seasick, including Maggie. For some reason, I nearly missed the fact that the folks around me were barely hanging on to their insides and I was chatting and talking away. I learned later that I was getting glares from folks who just wanted the thing to be over! We came back on slower boat or something. There was some hesitancy to get "all aboard." I think this photo might be after I apologized profusely for being oblivious to the trauma all around me.

  • Maggie & her mom

Maggie's mom got her wings visiting us in San Diego.
