Congratulations, you two! Looking back on when I met you during our freshman year of college, it was so blatantly obvious that you were and are great together! I remember finding out that you two were spending time apart, and genuinely being really sad because I thought you two were so great together - even from afar! It's such a joy to know that God has brought you back together, and that even when things don't go as we expect at first, God has His plan at all times! I praise God for how He is at work in both of you - together and individually. Bless you in your marriage, your love, and your lives. I know you will always bless others! :) Thanks for your wonderful example and joyful spirits. You are both incredible.

I love your story! I am so honored to be a part of your lives and your upcoming nuptuals.
Mary, I remember 20 years ago when I lived with you, of course, you were only 2, and was planning my wedding. This is such a wonderful time for you two to enjoy, but remember, a wedding is only one day but a marriage is a lifetime. Make sure to remember each other as the day draws closer and to not sweat the small stuff which can creep up on a "wedding day".
Mary and Patrick, I love you both and Patrick, welcome to the family! You are marrying my most precious "daughter" and I know you will love and honor her tremendously. Well, you can't love her as much as I do, but you can try.

Okay, I'm going to take this opportunity to write a little paragraph- no one liners for me!
To God be the glory. I think that's a fitting way to start. Mary, you are absolutely precious to me and I am so thankful for your friendship. I love your heart for Jesus and your sweet spirit- He emanates from you. I remember sitting in your car after church one day in the parking lot of Spring Lake talking about Patrick. It was during the 'broken-up' season and the pain it was causing you was so evident. I am so glad that today it is JOY- chara- that is written all over your face!!
And Patrick, welcome to my family. I now love you, too! I pray for God's grace and enabling for you to lead this precious woman and the family you will one day have. I praise God for your faith and your faithfulness. Matt and I look forward to journeying with you two to the ends of the earth!!!
