ATTRACTIONS: We featured some of our favorite local hangouts in Westchester County. We are only a 30 minute train ride away from NYC where you can see a Broadway play, shop in SoHo, or visit the Empire State Building.

Hudson River Museum & Glenview Historic Mansion
This is a beautiful museum that is very kid-friendly! There is a planetarium and a gorgeous historic mansion on-site.
Greenburg Nature Center
This is a 33-acre nature preserve with trails, a pond and gardens. Explore the trails, meet the rescue animals, and connect with nature.
Tarrytown Music Hall
Tarrytown is our favorite local village. It has a great little theater that you may want to check out while you're here! The food is delicious, they have a homemade ice cream shop, and a local coffee brewery.

Metro-North Railroad
Metro North can get you from Westchester to Grand Central Station quickly and affordably. From Grand Central Station, you can hop on the subway or take a cab to get around the city.
